YES!!! I've been wanting a female ninja for a long time.

The sets are looking really good so far! The minifigures are no doubt the best part of the sets.

Also, I can't really make out many of the names, but the white guy in the dojo set looks to be named "Griffin Turner" if I'm seeing properly.

For the record guys, when I was talking about the purple ninja and white ninja I was working from Just2Good's descriptions, not from the rumor mill.

Titanium Dragon: Looks gorgeous. It's a must-buy now. Unsure of who the character is alongside the Anacondrai.

Anacondrai Copter Attack: Skyler is too far away to get many details, but it's a bit odd how she is a yellow ninja, not orange. Kinda bugs me because there's no color variation. Copter looks brilliant, there's two seats for the cultists, and a clear mechanism for the net launcher.

Ninja DB X: Looking good! I don't think that's Jole in the driver seat. If it is, that's an amazing kind of plot continuation, but I somehow doubt it's Jole in particular. Far too tall, Jole was a midget. Still could be him though, maybe when we get official (HD) images we can see the names. Shrine is unimpressive, but to be expected. Nya's changed her look, and the Command Center is fatter than it looked in the prelims. Also the ridiculous cow-catcher is gone, yay!

Enter The Serpent: Looks far better than it did before, the mere inclusion of the rope bridge varies it up nicely from other sets of the same kind. Oh, and the cultist on the upper right hand corner is wielding the magic PLOT DEVICE!

Anacondrai Crusher: Not very many changes, still going to buy it. Eyes look bad as always. But wait! Kai features his special symbol printed on his crown! Still curious to see what it has to do with anything.

Jungle Trap: Impulse set, still buying. Looks prettier now due to the special effects and lighting. Kai of the Jungle uses the old mouth gi, which I'm happy about. Would have hated to see it leave so early. The cultist has snake tatoos on him, oooh. That could be useful for CITY MOCing, in particular for jails and criminals.

Lava Falls: One of my faves just for the feature, not much has changed. Cultist has same pieces as Jungle Trap's, and Cole looks... okay. Just not a huge fan of the new "lower" outfit. It looks nice, but just a bit... "raw". Looks very good from above, I like the tiling.

Lloyd's Jungle Raider: Must buy now. That's just beautiful

Dojo Showdown: Still no Sensei Wu. This worries me, because if Wu dies or leaves the plot I want it to be for a meaningful reason. Looks like an "okay" set, nothing unusual about the design- Wait a minute! Is that the Scythe of Quakes I see!? That's going to shake up the new plot if it really is the Scythe. Looks like every character other than Kai is a villain, that white ninja is on the same "side" as the villains in the white-screen shot. Lo and behold, the dreaded flick missiles dare to show their ugly face, but understandably.

On second thoughts, that Scythe is built differently to the Scythe of Quakes, but it's very similar. Robed guy has a very long name, the one in black is "Barlar" or something. And the cultists have names! This one is Sleven. Sorry, only just turned 1080p on Anyway, if this is a "sequel" of sorts to the Dojo of Spinjitzu I'm impressed and unimpressed. It looks a lot better, but lacks a unique-ness to it. Interestingly enough, Kai and Barlar have their own flags atop it. Very mysterious.

Boulder Blaster: Looks a lot nicer now! Getting this one too. However, the camera angle makes it look thinner than it actually is. Still retains the machine gun function.

The Jungle Blades are a bit strange. They'll grow on me quickly, faster than the Techno Blades at any rate.

Btw, Just2Good, I need to correct you, the box says Skylar, not Skylor

Skylar's costume is Flame Yellowish Orange, and her skin is Bright Yellow. Same as it appeared in the prelims.

Really liking the new sets, but some of the generic cultist soldiers look a bit......off.

1. There are only 2 real Anacondrai. Pythor and Short-Neck…that’s not his name though…

2. Set 70751 is still missing as well as Jay’s Electro Mech which has been seen in previous Prelims.

3. The Ninja each have 2 new suits, with the exception of The Orange Ninja, Skylar and The Titanium Ninja, Zane.

4. Note also the sets seem to be split up into two waves. 70745-70750 and then 70752-70756. Putting a one set gap between the two waves and 16 set gap between 70728 The Battle for Ninjago City and 70745 The Anacondrai Crusher. Which could mean nothing at all. These are just my observations.

5. The Suits and Weapons also take on this gap. The full suits and snake weapons appear in the first six sets and the Sleeveless suits and Green Ninja weapons in the second five sets.

6. The Orange Ninja does appear to be a women, who was previously mentioned in my earlier post, and is named Skylar.

7. There appears to be 3 non snake related figures as well. 2 of which show up in the Dojo Showdown and the other in the Titanium Dragon.

8. Sensei Wu doesn’t appear in the set from what we see, but a new version of Sensei Garmadon does show up in 70750 Ninja DB X

Looks like there's another Samurai X variant that I'll have to obtain. At least with all these new characters. I'm glad Nya is still relevant

Oh, boy is the show gonna get contrived....Resurrection of Zane, a new unheard-of character becoming a ninja, Anacondrai cultists...awesome sets, though!

Enter the Serpent looks amazing. Although I think they made entirely too many new moulds for this theme, the Anacondrai Priest's weird boa-hat, the purple energy blade, the new trans-blades, the Anacondrai heads, the snake helmets...yikes. I hope for the sake of the theme that this is its last year. It's gone on far too long, and it risks becoming unwelcome if they drag it out for much longer.

OT but I really would of much rather had a traditional Ninja theme. With traditional style sets. This one is still awesome though. And as for it going on too long I don't believe it has. LEGO will only end the line if it stops making money, imo.

It looks like the Anacondrai in Titanium Dragon and Mobile Ninja Base are the same snake, while the one in Enter the Serpent looks different; he has a dark red arm instead of purple, can't see if his torso printing is different though, but the tail prints on them are all the same.

We don't know that the movie scheduled for release in 2018 is a Ninjago movie. Technically, we don't even know it's a LEGO-related movie. What we do know is that it's a Warner Animation Group movie, and The LEGO Movie has been maybe their most successful venture either, so it wouldn't be out of the question for them to be working on more movies with the LEGO Group.

Aside of the snake temple the sets look quite bland to me.

(Yes, yes, someone had to crush the hosanna party here. ;) )

The cultists are the worst of the bunch. Compared to that even the droids looked okay.

And aye, 2016 is a ninjago movie, 2018 is expected to be a sequel to the Lego movie but nothing is certain on that.

Sorry, it was hard to see in 360p. They both looked orange-y yellow, and I assumed it was the lighting.

I forgot to mention the lava bridge set. That mechanism to create an unrolling bridge is brilliant but so, so simple! And don't even mention the mystery dojo man. While the Ninjago problem last time was an Overlord, this time it's an overload! Too many new plot elements and characters!!! I'm still amazed by the Anacondrai temple, and immensely curious about Skylar's power.

These sets look amazing! I'll need to buy Jungle Raider, the Copter, Mobile Base and Titanium Dragon! The rest look great as well. If Skylar is a female ninja, that would be awesome. There will need to be some explaining as to why Zane becomes the Titanium Ninja and why there is an Orange Ninja. The figure have so much detail, too. These sets look a lot better than this and last years, but they were still good. I hope to see the individual images soon as well as Jay's mech!

And still no Wu. We can say that he they killed him off at some point in TV series. It will probably be an off screen death, like Dr.Julien's. (Although he was younger than Garmadon )

They're not going to kill off a MAIN CHARACTER offscreen. Dr. Julien was a completely different case—he was a side character at best who had already been assumed to be dead for years before they found him alive, much older, in an island prison. Zane already was lucky to get to see him one more time and show his gratitude to the man who made him who he was, so having him die afterwards was far less of an indignity.

Wu isn't confirmed to be dead. His absence from the sets means nothing. He'll probably be in the show. He doesn't need to be in the sets, though. Forget Wu, we need CULTISTS!
