I'd change them on Brickset but it'd be nice to know sources for both Brickset's current prices and those that amazingbricks shared so I could determine which is more likely accurate. Or on the other hand just wait for official prices.

The ones Brickset has comes from Pacific Island nations who have the highest costs for LEGO in the world.

I rather Brickset just take them down until the sets are released. I never understood why they even bothered putting up those silly prices.

As for the Nindroids having more serious weaponry, these are robots built with a specific purpose: turn the Overlord into the Golden Master, destroying anything that attempts to stop them. These machines have no morality and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, as shown by the more serious weaponry. As for decapitation, these are, again, robots. It's no more brutal than a Micro Manager being eaten by Angry Kitty.

Cryptor has a grenade launcher in his chest. Every Nindroid has a laser in their eyeball. The ninja in space were completely unarmed, save for their elemental powers. And once the got their hands on the rifles? Armed ninja. In space.

Also, it's a very violent death regardless of whatever way you slice the cheese. It's still a death, and it goes against so much of the mood of NINJAGO. We saw Samukai poof, we saw the Overlord go KABLAM, we saw Julein drop his glasses mid-death and we saw a snake jump out of a pit of lava with his bum on fire. It's not so much the fact that two Nindroids lost their heads, we've seen skeletons do this all the time. It was the manner of death. Maybe it's just more brutal in retrospect, but two Nindroids suddenly going THWACK on top of a car, losing their heads before dying near-immediately is far less brutal than just having them fall off the truck and get stuck there.

You can't be sure that Arcturus is designed only for Nindroids. Pythor or Borg would have need to use those space suits.

What need would there be for them to be on board? Borg had other business to attend to, as with Pythor during Codename: Arcturus. Even if you consider that to be just because the rocket took off before they got on board, the Nindroids managed to get the Golden Pigsty and return with it without the aid of Pythor or Borg. There's no reason for them to come, or even for there to be an airlock on board.

May as well since the prices aren't officially from LEGO. Done.

But where do you, and that youtube user who made the video about Skylar get these images? Are there more than one 2015 pictures in the magazine?

I'm now so excited for the next season of the show...

Loving Skylar and I'm loving that Anacondrai Warrior. Kai's Kimono is not bad either!

Kai's kimono in the second picture misses a japanese symbol on his mask. And he looks much better with it.

Posted

I'm not entirely sure if those are Japanese symbols at all. The only one I can even think of that relates to a "symbol" is the targeting reticules on Lloyd's golden ninja suit.

Now I've looked at these close-up pictures of the new Anacondrai Warrior - I admit, they've really grown on me. I've never been much of a fan of human bad guys, but the Anacondrai "cultists" (are they definitely human Anacondrai cultists by the way or is that not confirmed yet?) actually look very good. I may have to pick up all the variants. By the way, is that printing on the top of the skull headgear or a trick of the light?

Also, it's nice to see that Skylar is definitely female

I don't know where did that youtube user get Skylar's close-up picture but I would like to see close-up of Kai too. They are confirmed Anacondrai cultists because the sets have Anacondrai names (Anacondrai Crusher, Condrai Copter Attack), and there is a purple Anacondrai snake in 3 sets. That is not printing on his head, there is a hole on every skull headpiece like that.

Those pictures come from various versions of the LEGO CLub Magazine...

The Wonder Woman / Batman for example come from the last page of the UK edition :

Ha! Look what I found:

http://www.cinemable...njago-6842.html

It looks like snake-men thing won't end in 2015. And if they make sets based on the movie, even more Serpentine minifigures.

Don't know how credible that description is though. Hasn't it been made clear since the first season that dragons are good and their powers embraced by the ninja?

I'm very certain that someone put a "synopsis" of the entire second season as a placeholder. I'd be very disappointed if we got more Serpentine as the (only) villains in the Ninjago Movie.

Far too early for it. Guys, remember we're getting evil Samurai next year. Nothing is out of the question. Personally, I want them to bring the Overlord back again. After episode 34, it's still technically possible for a return, ESPECIALLY after what happened at the end and how the Overlord's ashes from the Final Battle was what caused the hard drive corruption in the first place.
