PenPlays Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 (edited) Please not the Anacondrai form of Skylor or Eyezor and any existing Ninjago minifigs that are already made in sets such as the Rebooted Zane. I'd love either of those. Eyezor would have a snake head with a Mohawk molded into it, or have a snake head that can wear hair/hats. I'd LOVE that! Skylor would include brand new prints, but most importantly would include her hair piece which would be unique to her exclusively. Of course I'd rather have an Elemental Master, Rebooted Nya, Misako, Stone Armored Rebooted Cole or Jay, Cyrus Borg, Mother Doomsday, or Kai & Nya's Father, but that's just me. bricksnator Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Honestly I'd be shocked if any of the book exclusive figures were anything other than the core ninjas in new outfits, as much as I want them NOT to be :) On one hand I like the upcoming Morro series and can't wait to collect them with my son. On the other we both love the Tournament of Elements and hate that its shelf life is likely half that of other lines. There's still a lot that can be made from this season before the ghosts arrive on the scene. I suppose the Elemental Masters could return in the future Avengers-style since they all went back to their homes. Quote
legofanatic12 Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 (edited) We definitely need a Skylor with a red S1 Nurse hair and a different alternate facial expression rather than a face mask that is similar to Iron Fist. Maybe she could be in an upcoming Ninjago temple set. Edited March 9, 2015 by legofanatic12 Quote
Ninja of Fire Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 The figures that I would prefer would probably be: Kai's Father, the (original) Master of Water, Skylor with hair, Misako, non-tattoo Garmadon, or Titanium Zane with silver hair. Quote
horizon Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 In the Netherlands they're selling what they call a unique Kai with a magazine currently. Quote

Mandate Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Dude, they started selling those 2 months ago, and we still haven't gotten them in Australia. We didn't get Pharaoh's Quest and some other lines until six months after initial release. We may never get them. Quote
Aanchir Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Dude, they started selling those 2 months ago, and we still haven't gotten them in Australia. Some countries just don't get the theme-specific magazines like that. Even the United States never gets them. Maybe there are just more kids who buy and read magazines in Europe than other parts of the world, or something like that. Quote
PenPlays Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Dude, they started selling those 2 months ago, and we still haven't gotten them in Australia. All of the parts for this "new Kai" can be sourced from Rebooted Kai, any Kai with a headwrap (besides the original and DX figures), and... Any recent Lloyd minifigure. The weapons use some pretty common Ninjago parts as well. The headwrap has no print on it, but if you use brasso, or something similar, the Zukin symbol from this year's Ninjago sets can be easily removed. Unless of course there was a basic headwrap that I completely forgot about. Quote

It would be great if someone has a picture of it they could post. Quote

No, it's identical to Kai. Arrggh! Is there anywhere else that you can find the posters/comics? Quote
Thelegomaster Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 That doesn't look like Kai's face... Are we sure that that's even Kai? Quote
Arkanta974 Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 I have the figure and we got Kai's face. Quote
Umbra-Manis Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Maybe you'll find out once the new Ninjago Dictionary Book revealed. I hope it would be either Ash, Bolobo, Camille, Gravis, Jacob, Lar, Neuro, and Shadow. If they include other TV exclusive minifigures, I'll go for Misako and Rebooted Nya. Please not the Anacondrai form of Skylor or Eyezor and any existing Ninjago minifigs that are already made in sets such as the Rebooted Zane. I really want Ash, Bolobo, and Neuro. Quote
___ Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 I am affraid that some LEGO designers are repeating LEGO's previous already used design concepts...like they are walking in a circle still for some time now (that is probably the price of having so many themes...like some sets from Ninjago and Chima looks similar, they like almost even used SPACE ADU "big blue vehicle" blueprints for one of upper sets etc.), quite disappointing for me, ah. Keep in mind that this cycle, although very present, usually comes with some form of variation. Every ninja will have a flying vehicle, a mech, a large car, and a small ground vehicle by the end of this year. All five ninja have one of each (and hopefully Nya will have one of each soon too. We're close!), which despite having the same general name, all come in various... erm... "flavors" so to speak. For instance, Kai's Fire Mech, The Golden Mech, Cole's Earth Mech, the Electromech, the Titan Mech, and the Samurai Mech are (obviously) all Mechs but each and every one of them is various in style and design. So yes, recycled ideas are very present in this theme, but that's what makes me excited for waves to come, as there are bound to be some really cool takes on familiar types of stuff on the way. Quote
Ninja of Fire Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Hmm, that looks either unfinished, or it's a battle scenery sort of thing. Quote
DuckBricks Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Hmm, that looks either unfinished, or it's a battle scenery sort of thing. It's not unfinished, but it's similar to other display scene sets like the Lego City Arctic one from a while back... Quote
