I love these, especially the Magnum P.I. Ferrari and the Charger. I got all the Speed Champions sets, and while there are some flaws, I love those cars and they have left me wanting more. You builds have whetted my appetite. The Charger in orange would be great for a Dukes Of Hazard General Lee.

Thank you! Dukes of Hazzard are a great idea, however, since I don't use nonlego stickers it's quite difficult to get the correct design. Speed Champions are very nice as such, unfortunately they aren't minifig scale - but we may use the great new parts coming with them to build smaller sports cars fitting in a Town surrounding, see http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=108630

More pics of the Cuda on my Flickr. Thanks for looking!

Great shape! I especially like how the height differences between the front and rear windscreens are taken advantage of for the coke-bottle curve of the body.

The only thing I would change is the grille. It doesn't really suggest the 'cuda which has more of a black mesh and is flat rather than pointed. I'd try two 1x2 black plates there. Perhaps with a minifig hand attached to the bumper for the 'split' trim in the centre of the grille.

Edit: the minifig hand wouldnt work as it is angled. Maybe a claw?

Thank you! The design of the grille resembles the '71 model (which has double headlights). Proved to be the best-looking solution.

Don't think that black plates would look good here, whereas cheese slopes or grille tiles do the job, too. Claw sounds interesting, will keep that in mind, maybe for another model. Thanks for the hint!

No worries Erol! Yes I agree for 1971 it's perfect. You could try binoculars for double headlights but fitting them in there would be a challenge.
