A large Steampunk creation displayed at BrickFair VA 2014!

I used Mindstorms NXT to motorize the doors, the airship, and the winged flying machine.

Previous Steampunk creations of mine took inspiration from the orient and the wild west. For the Steam Workshop, I wanted to capture the essence of Victorian England.

The above image is linked to a video of the Steam Workshop in motion!

Awesome build! I enjoyed looking at this in person at BrickFair VA.

Lots of details! Love the gear fountain and small shrub shaped like a steam engine! :classic:

I love Steampunk MOCs and this looks amazing!

Impressive build, especially the motion of the steamship moving out of the hangar!

Impressive work! I love your old school cars and the zeppelin/blimp thing.

Thanks everyone, glad you enjoyed it! :classic:

Wow , very beautiful, and a good choice of motif for You moc.

Some areas outside the factory (around the nice houses) is a bit flat and ..well grey.. perhaps some dk tan plats and some 1x1 round in various earth colors would break up the surface?
