michaelozzie Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Hello everybody. I made up these minifigs some time ago but never got around to posting them on Eurobricks. I guess they belong here more than in Historic themes as they are customs. Anyway enjoy! Borador Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Those are great! Are those Little Armory Accessories? Quote
Alfadas Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Cool figs! But didn't the French knights use horses? And shields? Still, those figs look amazing! Quote
michaelozzie Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 Those are great! Are those Little Armory Accessories? Thanks and yes they are from Little Armoury. I wish they were still around as I would love more of their stuff. The French cavalry at this battle began the attack but was quickly destroyed by flanking fire from archers. Most of the fighting was then done by dismounted men at arms from both sides for the rest of the battle. Quote
Eric The Hand Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Nice minifigs. If you had over hundred of these in a huge battle diorama, it'd be epic. Quote
AmperZand Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Cool minifigs. Great use of the BrickArms weapons and helmets. I guess they belong here more than in Historic themes as they are customs. I'm not a mod, but I think you're right that the pictures belong here, not in Historic. I've been told by a mod that it has nothing to do with the degree of customisation. If the subject is essentially about minifigures - whether they're purist or completely customised - the thread belongs in Minifig Customisation Workshop. Quote
greenalfonzo Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Those are beautiful! I love the torso designs and leg printings. How did you do those? Matching shields would be awesome! Quote
nine09nueve Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Having only just seen this... I for one think it a real shame that this is only in Minifig Cutomisation - this would inspire tons of people over on Historical in my opinion.. Much love D Quote
AmperZand Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 (edited) Having said what I did above, the Historic forum does permit pictures of "armies". The mods take a very loose view of how many or how few minifigs constitutes an army, so these pictures could almost certainly be posted there too. I once got away with posting a picture of 6 goblins in the Historic forum! Edited April 4, 2015 by AmperZand Quote
Balbo Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Great work! I love the design of the torsos and the leg printing Quote
