EliBrinsmead Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 (edited) Hello all! This was my Collaborative display with my good friend Ben Cossy for Brickvention 2014. ^ Im 16 and Ben is 17 It was a last minute decision on the judges part to increase the category age. Oh well! We only found out bahnhof was German for "station" after this was all built! Me and Ben will be back at Brickvention 2015! So look forward to another giant Castle/Fantasy MOC Thanks for checking this out! ~Eli Edited August 19, 2014 by EliBrinsmead Quote
-Horizon- Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Amazing Job! It always astounds me how talented this generation of LEGO Builders are. You did a great job. I thought this was done by multiple AFOLs when I first saw the pictures. Quote
songwm Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Stunning moc. There are so many details in it, I just can't name them all. The first pic looks like real castle. Quote
Yzalirk Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Everything about this is beautiful and full of details! You should join GoH. Quote
SirBlake Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 (edited) This is a top 5 most favorite MOC I've ever seen. Absolutely astounding! It's huge, but feels like a small part of a much bigger world. I'm going to have to spend a lot of time with this one. Edited August 20, 2014 by SirBlake Quote
CastleDefender Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 The details are amazing...and wat? A 16 and 17 year old created this! Well done! Quote
Jody Meyer Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 this really stunning, well executed, great job, i love the caverns. Quote

grum64 Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Staggering level of detail, it's beautiful. Great work guys. Quote
Mike S Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 I'm going to have to come back and stare at this for a good long time... So many awesome details here! Quote
mccoyed Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Amazing. Haven't seen many castle builders use a studs-out 1x2 for masonry like you have here. It works so dang well I'd expect to see it a lot more in the future. I'm definitely going to try it myself. Quote
Mike S Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Do you have a flickr account where we can view the pics in greater detail? Quote
Gary The Procrastinator Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Oh man I wish I could have seen this in person. Fantastic work, you fully deserved the win. Do you have a FLICKR account? Quote
soccerkid6 Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 Amazing build, E.B. The castle is of course magnificent, but what I really like is the detail behind the walls in the houses and the underground section Great landscape too. And for those of you wanting his flickr account: link Quote
Matthias Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 What a job. You both are so young but be part of the best Mocers here. Great. I Have a suggestion for your next Moc instead of "Bahnhof" call it "Bushaltestelle" Quote
EliBrinsmead Posted August 21, 2014 Author Posted August 21, 2014 Thank you so much everyone! For those who are asking this is the URL for my Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/elis_photostream/ Quote
