Hi there

I'm trying to make a minifig with blue skin but am stuck on the head; the official Lego ones just don't have the right expressions.

Does anyone know if there are any custom printed heads out there?

Cheers

At the moment a non specific male characer, prefereably with a serious face. Initially I was thinking of a Celtic deity, but if I get the right face I could use it for other characers.

To be a bit more specific, it's the sky God of Thunder, Taranis, that I was thinking of.

I'd like an approiximation to the illustration below if that helps. Although, I'm hoping that my MOC will look considerably less cheesy.

Thanks for your help everyone, it's been really helpful.

I also did a bit of research and found these guys:

Has anyone used them and does anyone know if they're any good?

No idea. I don't tend to buy custom minifigs so I can't help you there, sorry.

Thanks for everyone's help. In the end I bit the bullet and ordered this fellow from Penzora:

This is the first time I've ordered a custom figure so have no idea how it compares to others. If I'm honest I don't rate the quality of the torso or the legs very much, but the head is exactly what I'm after since it gives me the flexibilty to use it with different characters. The printing on the head seems to be quite good, better than on the body at least, so although its quite an expensive way to get what I want I'm quite happy with it.
