Well, I'm pretty sure that the first four sets will be out in January (or, if you live near a Toys R Us/Smyths/Target/Walmart, between the 25th and 31st of December.) Someone said that the UltraCopter Vs. AntiMatter set will be released later than the others, but it's uncertain whether that's actually the case.

Amazon has them all up at this point, even if they aren't available for a couple of weeks, so I doubt that the UltraCopter set is being released later. Also I will be seriously bummed if it is since he's the guy I want most from this wave

AntiMatter is the one figure that I NEED from Wave 2. Just like how Terabyte's the must-have figure from Wave 1, in my opinion.

Agreed. Although Infearno and Psyclone were pretty cool Edited by elederberg

Your guess is as good as mine. My son wants a couple of the sets for Christmas and I have had a devil of a time trying to find them at retail. Normally, it's not a problem as winter wave sets always show up in November or December of the prior year (i.e. we would normally see 2015 winter sets start to hit retail shelves in Nov-Dec 2014 at least in N.A.). But this year something is....different....I wonder if it is related to the article that came out in September that mentioned a shortage of Lego and Lego cancelling Q4 orders from some retailers....At this point, I would have to say that there is little to no chance of seeing these sets before year end and we are likely looking at January 2015. But having said that, a local retailer did say that they were supposed to be getting a shipment from Lego on January 1st, but they had no idea what was in the shipment. Based on what they said it could be 2015 Lego sets and they could get that shipment before Christmas as the shipment date is usually approximate. Unless Lego actually provides a release date for the sets, it's basically wait and check your local retailers (and Eurobricks Forums) periodically.

Awww, now I want that Agents Helicopter just for Anti-Matter and his portal thingie.

Same! I really hope there is another wave and that we get an evil base I think that would be super cool.

Thats what I want too, a evil base that comes with Anti-Matter at a $70 price point is all I need!

If its anything like the evil base from the Agents line than it will be awesome!

That might not be real lego. It might be from a clone or bootleg brand. Avoid the minifig patents by driving the head post straight up from the legs through a hole in the top of the torso. It might also simply be a never to be used test experiment. Those parts look very rough, they don't look to be in ABS, the sheen looks more like styrene and they have what look like some stress marks in places. Plus red like that is typically test parts. (I'm not sure why but they generally use red for testing and validation. )

So I would not be putting to much excitement behind these pics yet. They could be anything up to and including factory floor sweepings or recycled medical waste.

Lego posted this on their Facebook page today it shows a new angle of the UltraCopter:

In the German consumer catalog, there are character names for the various sets, and probably other info too. One gem that stood out for me was that sure enough, the agent in 70166 and 70169 with sunglasses and a tan flat top is identified as "Agent Trey Swift" — possibly the same Agent Swift from the original Agents theme!

The blond flat-top agent from the original theme was Agent Swipe. Agent Swift was the female with the black bob haircut.

Ah, so my memory failed me there. Oh well. Would have been a nifty shout-out if I had been remembering things right.

And no one seems to recognize "everyone's favorite" UA baddie, Toxikita... in roller skates?

In all seriousness, though. This is a really interesting development. I wonder if they are there just for fun, or if they will have any significance?
