Just curious. Where did it say that these sets had been dubbed the "final battle" sets?

In one of the intel videos they dubbed it the final battle saying something like "use the Ocean HQ to prepare the final battle against Antimatter"

Oh, I forgot: I saw all of the new wave at TRU yesterday. I was very tempted to get some, but I resisted. My birthday is coming up, though, so UA and Age of Ulton will definitely be on my list.

Excellent! Can't wait to pick up Gold Getaway. Nice to hear they're showing up.

The videos taken show that he has the rubber spike piece on his back that looks like a shark fin.

Oh, I thought you said it was placed on his helmet. But it's not rubber.

I didn't remember it was the flag piece.

Can anyone tell if the app-brick "drone" attaches to or stores in the jet? I was watching the Brick Show video of 70171 from Toy Fair and couldn't tell (there is a depression in the body of the jet between the cockpit and the tail piece), but the box art does show the drone "launching" out of the jet and from what I can tell, this is the only box art for this wave that even shows the app brick gadget, let alone show it actually interacting with the set.

Summer wave sets look really, really good. Can't wait for detailed set descriptions and to see in hand reviews. Hopefully, this theme will continue after the summer wave.

I finally begun to built the Ultra Copter and it is amazing :classic:

Btw the Ultra Agents sets are amazing on their own but has anyone else noticed they can be perfect to represent S.H.I.E.L.D. vehicles from the Marvel universe as well?

The color schemes and the design seem perfect for that purpose :classic:

So is the summer wave going to come out on June 1st? Or is it just going to come out on June 1st for people in Europe and then August 1st for people in America? :sceptic:

NYTF labels on the sets showed an August release date. So, based on that it looks like at the very least the tentative launch date in NA is August. If that is the case, then sets should start to show up at retail in July. But until we get official word from Lego we won't know for sure. And we should get official word by May or so I suppose

This is likely correct as it matches up with the release dates that my friend who attended the LEGO booth at London Toy Fair told me (well, he believes June or July for UK/Europe, but either way, they're definitely coming out earlier in Europe than in America, NYTF confirmed the release dates for America as August). Also, this appears to be the new norm for release patterns for action themes, so it's not unbelievable.

To avoid me having to repeat myself 3 times, he also said the same/similar release pattern applies to Chima and Ninjago.

In that case, it's clear. AntiMatter, formerly an Agent, is talking about the potential he sees in the transformed Brainstein, who he used to be friends with during his days on the team.

I bought one UA set at my local TRU today which is Spyclops Infiltration set for Agent Tray Swift.

Hopefully they should have a $9.99 or $19.99 UA set that includes Caila Phoenix and Solomon Blaze since they are in every more than $19.99 sets. We had the following cheap UA sets that contains the following agents below.

Riverside Raid = Max Burns

Tremor Track Infiltration = Jack Fury

Spyclops Infiltration = Trey Swift

Invizable Gold Getaway = Steve Zeal

Ultrasonic Showdown = Curtis Bolt

Saw the sets at TRU the other day. Didn't get any, but I'll be going to the Lego store in about a week, so I'll be sure to pick one up then.

'Prolly Invizable because I love that bike.

Nailed the spider-clops and the Inviziable gold chase sets at the Orlando lego store. No AoU sets but they DID have them at a target.

So far really likening the minifigs from both sets, and for some reason I like how the Agents now have the same body's. Adds a little uniformity.

I have the set and I can confirm it's a nice one: cool design, interesting Minifigures and a good "cost per brick" value :classic:
