Kierna Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 (edited) If I get it together in time this will be one of my exhibited models at Brickvenion 2015. It has no tyres yet proposed features: Working 90o DOHC V4 engine with 4 valves per cylinder Working rising rate link rear suspension Gearbx with neutral and first with working foot control Steering Lights F & R PF L motor to turn engine / wheel This took me 4 months to design part time, it's been polished up here and there since finishing over a year ago. I can't wait to bring them to life in real bricks! Now how do I organise a 10,000 part bricklink haul Edited September 27, 2014 by Kierna Quote
Zerobricks Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 What a beauty! Nice paneling work, though there are some rough edges but I'm sure you will improve it. Quote
piterx Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 wow! that's huge! can't wait to see it made of real pieces, it looks great! Quote
legomuppet9 Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 This looks stunning how are you going to make the tyres? Quote
legolijntje Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 At first glance I didn't noticed how big it is. Looks very, very nice  Quote
hrontos Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Wow, this is aa completely different level of building a bike. It took me while to recognize, how big it is. Looks great, looking forward to see it in real bricks. Quote
kungpo Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 The wheels look like the hailfire droid items? Quote
PROlego Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Love it! It will be better without that white panel, completely dark red and if the panel doens't exist in that colour you should try to make some kind of livery. Maybe it needs some more black panels in the base. I like the wheels as they are now. Sorry for my poor English. Quote
jantjeuh Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Awesome. Some flex axles might improve the contouring a bit, soften some of the 'rough' edges. Quote
Rishab N Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Amazing work. It looks smooth with those panels Quote
Bzroom Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Amazing. I own an r6 and a hyper motard. I wish I owned one of these models. Quote
Junpei Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Wow, that is one incredible MOC! It's not very often that you see things of that scale :) -Junpei Quote
Kierna Posted August 28, 2014 Author Posted August 28, 2014 (edited) Amazing. I own an r6 and a hyper motard. I wish I owned one of these models. Nice I ride a Buell Lightning SS. I might make a moc of it soon. Thanks for the kind words people wish me luck getting them built! EDIT: Another render Edited August 28, 2014 by Kierna Quote
jantjeuh Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Do you have a parts list somewhere? Just curious, want to see if I can build it Quote
legolijntje Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 I just realized you say in the opening post that you need to order 10.000 parts. That motor, even at this size, can't have 10.000 parts. At least, I can't imagine where all those parts should go... Quote
Balrog Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Wow. This is huge. I hope it works out in Bricks! Quote
darsedz Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 excellent project...topic followed to see progress in real building and next rendering of this beauty... what about tires - especially rear whell... ? Quote
Paul Boratko Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 That is pretty amazing... Hopefully everything works out for you when you build it... Quote
Kierna Posted August 29, 2014 Author Posted August 29, 2014 I just realized you say in the opening post that you need to order 10.000 parts. That motor, even at this size, can't have 10.000 parts. At least, I can't imagine where all those parts should go... I have a few other designs to build also. Load older topics to see the Harley Davidson in the same scale Quote
Paul B Technic Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Bikes are not my thing but I can see how great this is going to be... Good luck with it.... Quote
