SweetiePie88 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I don't have much hope tbh. People have been having more and more problems on CMF quality lately. It seems like Lego's solution is to just throw free packs at people and claim they are going to pass on complaints.

It seems like Lego's solution is to just throw free packs at people and claim they are going to pass on complaints. Yeah, the quality has dropped slightly, and it is most noticeable in CMFs. (Which is sad because nowadays CMFs are almost the only kind of variety in non licensed figures that we get.) --- regarding city and historical themes at least.

If i got the 3 and had problems w/ clutch, i would of giving up at that point. When the replacements came in and I had yet another bad head, a second frink, I emailed them and explained my case. NEVER did I once even say in that email I wanted a replacement but instead I said in said email that they need to do more testing on head molds b4 oking them for use. In the email I got back from them, they said they were going to send out 3 figures but I only got in one. All I want is what the promised me.

SMC Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I am a bit in two minds on this because cmf are very bad when it comes to clutch power and Lego always tell us how they test every part and so on but there are some cmf parts that are just £#*$ (think I spelt that right ) and Lego should do something about it £2.50 is not cheep after all. But Lego are not spending you replacement parts that will fit right. Lego stop spend out free Lego as compensation and just fix the problem.

Due to the mess up on their part, they are sending out a new order of 4 figures. Way more then I expected. All I was expecting was an apology and the 2 figures missing from the order. Correction. They HAVE sent out. Just got an email alert on my tablet. That was fast! The first emails arrival time stamp was just afternoon and the shipping alert came in at 3:10.
MAB Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) As for the poor head clutch, wrap a piece of sticky tape around the neck or paint it with nail varnish (or paint the inside of the head with nail varnish - as that way the torso can still be used with other heads). It won't solve the much bigger problem of lose heads in the CMF line, but it will solve the problem for your particular minifig. Edited June 26, 2015 by MAB

Assembled for now but will be for parts later, homer. Bag 4 is lisa, might be in the same catagory as Bag 2 but i'm not sure. Not wild about 3 of the figures but since A) i didn't get any martin prince's and B) i can find a use for the parts, might put the head on stakes in my minecraft mine LMAO; i am not complaining. However it'll be a while b4 i can put them on my lego wall, if i choose to put any up, since i am out of 2 x 2/2 x 2 brackets.
