Those are clearly dark blue.

He means the small #21 and #22 technic panels, these are indeed black with dark blue stickers. Bummer, I thought they were dark blue as well.

I personally have never seen them, and i have never seen 41999 been sold second hand, i swear all 20,000 were bought be speaculators to resell at twice the price!!

Actually, that is incorrect. 100 were given to the top 100 competitors... Come to think of it, it seems as if everyone on this forum who has a copy won it, but feel free to correct me on this.

Sorry, but they're black. You can clearly see how the sticker covers a small dimple on half...

I don't think there's need to repeat that fourth time ;)

I was thinking of the big panels. We used to think those were exclusive to 41999.

Hey dude, they're black! I'm sorry, I really totaly overlooked previous answers that those small panels are black

Yeah those curved 3x11 in DB are great, but without further releases of panels and other pieces in same colour I have no use for them...

I haven't tried that yet but sometimes lego sells those pieces via bricks and pieces site. I know at least some of them are available for purchase as I read someone from here did that with a selection of 41999 parts. Worth a try... :)

The dark blue parts are mostly sold out at Bricks & Pieces. What some people did is buy up all these rare dark blue parts, and sell them on BrickLink for a massive profit. I wish TLG enforced part limits.

Not anymore, most if not all parts exclusive for 41999 are not longer available on Bricks & Pieces.

This is interesting: a German webshop came up with prices for all of the 1H sets. Except for the tracked loader, which perhaps is a little too much of a bargain, I think the prices are realistic: 15709548566_ab7e79a2d8_o_d.jpg
