Siegfried Meyer Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Paul are these out-triggers by any chance the pneumatic parts you mentioned or are the only on the crane. Quote
Paul Boratko Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Look again, try to find something about suspension! I am going to go out on a limb and say that it might have suspension and I only say this because there is a significant distance between the wheels and the wheel arches... Of course I could be completely wrong.. Paul are these out-triggers by any chance the pneumatic parts you mentioned or are the only on the crane. The outriggers look like they are just the manual kind as far as placement downwards, but they do extend out from the sides which could be motorized in some way.. Quote
davidmull Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Dream come through :) pneumatics :) can't wait to hear more info. Paul any idea is it possible it's rc + pneumatics ? Also can u see any new pneumatic parts? Quote
Paul Boratko Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) Dream come through :) pneumatics :) can't wait to hear more info. Paul any idea is it possible it's rc + pneumatics ? Also can u see any new pneumatic parts? I highly doubt that it is RC... There is only one motor being shown... This set is more in the style of the 8258 or 8110... Hopefully it has suspension... davidmull Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 I highly doubt that it is RC... There is only one motor being shown.. Is it a 6 or 8 wheeler ? Double wheels or single on rear? By the way thanks for all the info. How looks cabin and set overall, is like model team and have feel of 8285(This time I mean american tow truck) Also do you know piece count? Thanks for info. It's a European truck so will be like 8258 I'd say Quote
Siegfried Meyer Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) This set is more in the style of the 8258 or 8110... Hopefully it has suspension... Those two vary a lot in size thou if 8110 size then it must have suspension ..... Edited January 1, 2015 by Siegfried Meyer Quote
davidmull Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Those two vary alot in size thou if 8110 size then it must have ssuspension..... Hopefully it's 8110 size but i doubt it. Only thing I don't like so far is them 8258 wheels there a bit small. Quote
Ondra Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Is it a 6 or 8 wheeler ? Double wheels or single on rear? By the way thanks for all the info. It's a European truck so will be like 8258 I'd say You dont understand me, tow truck is more detailed than crane truck that have some flaws to me. Quote
Paul Boratko Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Is it a 6 or 8 wheeler ? Double wheels or single on rear? By the way thanks for all the info. It's a European truck so will be like 8258 I'd say It has the 2 sets of steerable wheels in the front and I can see at least one set in the rear.. The cab is designed completely different than the 8258... The grill uses some interesting techniques to capture the look of the real thing.. Can't quite make out what the parts are... Those two vary a lot in size thou if 8110 size then it must have suspension ..... I meant as far as Flagships that are not RC... Quote
