Meatman Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Are any of these sets Power Functions? Quote
jantjeuh Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Which kind of green has the LMP got? Lime? 42008 green? Another one? 42008 green Quote
PROlego Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 (edited) Doesn't it look ugly in that colour? I also want to know where to see the pics... Edited September 11, 2014 by PROlego Quote
MajklSpajkl Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 (edited) Doesn't it look ugly in that colour? I also want to know where to see the pics... I imagine a lot of those green pieces being covered by stickers... So not to much green I guess ;-) Edited September 11, 2014 by MajklSpajkl Quote
PROlego Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Yeah... You're right, but it will be better in dk grey, grey, orange, white, black, dk blue or light blue I think Quote
GoldVillage Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 No. Just the ability to add 8293. Where you getting that informaton from? i think the arctic vehicle will be motorized since it will be most likely around 1000 pieces judging from box size (this isnt a perfect formula iknow, but still) Quote
Ondra Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 How much futuristic is that artic truck? Is comparable to something real? Quote
legomuppet9 Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 If they did a car in Dark green so it looked like "British Racing Green" Quote
jantjeuh Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) I also want to know where to see the pics... The pics I've seen were small, blurry and had watermarks. I think they're from some kind of preliminary official catalogue? I don't know which pics Cwetqo has seen. I expect better pics to be 'leaked' soon, just be patient .. Ondra Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 I found german prices for technic sets https://www.spielwaren-werst.de/index.php?cmd=search&id=2〈=de&mid=-1&cid=-1&search=lego&state=N&size=-1&cdid=-1&pid=3&daid=42039&dmid=144&pid=4 .Prices are in this list. Quote
MrTekneex Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 I dont believe, unfortunately, that LTG will create again set with gearbox for the transmission, because i think that for TLG this kind of feature it's not interesting for kids...and this is what matters for them... Quote

I am not sure about the "for kids" reason anymore, after all how many kids are getting the UCS Tumbler? However if a somewhat lazy model like that (steering?) gets out of stock so easily I don't think they will care or make any effort. Quote
Maaboo the Witch Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I'm fascinated by that Arctic Vehicle. From the "futuristic" comments I've heard, I'm hoping it'll be something like this. I liked the really original sets LEGO came up with back in the day, and maybe we'll see more of that. I hope. Quote
Richard Dower Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Any pics yet?...the green sports car sounds interesting, a new Nitro Menace? :-) Quote
jovel Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 42035 - medium yellow dumper track - has new panels similar to 5x8 panels, but are wedged to 30 studs on one side Do you mean they are on one side and like these panels ( 5x2 ) and on the other one side like these panels ( 3x2 )? Quote
Cwetqo Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Flat and thick like 5x11 panel, just one edge is "sewn" off, so panel goes from 5 wide on one side to 3 wide on other side. Quote

D3K Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 The 42039 Le Mans type car looks way better than I expected! Also, the Arctic Tracked Vehicle looks very interesting! And the Rocket Car pullback racer seems to be using the dark blue 3x11 curved panels found in the 41999 Quote
therealjustin Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 At least with 42038 Snow Tracker we get more orange 5x11 panels. Maybe I'll be able to add an orange plow to my Unimog That street bike looks pretty bad with those colors and resembles 8051 too much. There are so many amazing motorcycle MOC's out there and yet Lego seems to have seen none of them. Quote
rollermonkey Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 I was just about to link the same pictures at a German online store, but those are much clearer. Thanks. Quote
Thirdwigg Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 So many fun colors this time. I love all the blue and green. Quote
rollermonkey Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Odd that there appears to be zero power functions in the whole wave, though. At least it ought to keep the prices in check a bit. For irispen, you want construction? City looks to practically be getting an entire sub-line of construction sets next year. Quote
