ok, so just to check. does the picture on the box look similar to the replica?

Also, I am just speaking from past experiences, but to me the tipper looks like it raises pretty high, which means that the lift angles is large. Now if this replica is correct, that means it will have trouble dumping a heavier load.

it will have trouble dumping a heavier load.

I believe LEGO dumpers are for LEGO bricks so it doesnt have to be powerfull.

About the set I feel dissapointed (only seen dokludi's replica). It seems to be ugly and boring especially with that color scheme :sceptic:

haha, not even for the new parts? I am thinking the same thing as you. We were all expecting something much better

"We were all"?

I think if Dokludi's replica (awesome work btw!) is close to the image as people say it is, then I think it's a pretty solid set. Only that missing row on the grill... but that's a minor gripe and easily fixed as some LDD files here already show. 10 more days until we see it at Nuremberg? :classic:

Wow, dokludi did it again. Awesome work. Looks nearly exactly like the picture. Still can't wait for proper footage. Then we'll see how accurate his version is. Also, I'd like it already like he built it.

@allanp, you wouldn't like the LAZORS anyway. I've seen some prototypes on a trip to Billund. They're not long enough (only 8 studs). You'd just spend the next 10 years asking for LAZORS 2.0 (16 studs). TLG are probably keeping them back for that exact reason.

I was wondering if anyone would kindly send the prelim pics to me please?

+1, or a subtle hint on how to find it?

Well sticking two LAZORS back to back has always looked a bit shit! And yeah, I got my pneumatics 2.0. Perseverance my friend. It's hard work being that annoying for that long. But don't worry, I have a looooong list of other parts I can nag about. Why a long list? Because sticking two short list back to back is....well....you know!

I am amazed at his ability to create seemingly accurate renditions from what are apparently poor quality images. The guy must have a million pieces at his disposal.

Here's your subtle hint:

STOP ASKING FOR IT,

on the board.

Quick, build the crane! Ruin his day

I should say now, I'm already disappointed with the crane. That's based on the pictures I've seen (none), and the replica (none). Just wanted to get that in before anyone else. :innocent:
