It's nice that they didn't include Mr. Gold in the Minifigures list page, as I thought that whole idea and "promotion" was just about setting up false expectations with kids.

Also the Olympic figures are absent which is also for the best since these were not available outside England.

Found a picked-over display at Target in Fort Worth, TX. Even though there were less than a dozen left I was still able to get the King, two goblins (these are the figs I wanted most) and a unicorn girl, which was top on my daughters list.

Edit: price was $3.99

Uggg. I'm really very disappointed the price has gone up to 3.99 permanently, as I was hoping that was just a licensing thing for the Simpsons. Considering that's a 100% increase from Series One I really hope that translates into better quality plastic (series one was substandard plastic) and more new molds for the future.

The Funcom financial report for the last quarter of 2014 said the MMO is not doing well. At least, not what they were expecting.

If it closes, MAYBE the price would go back to 2.99 for regular series, but I think it's highly unlikely anyway.

Not a surprise with that game. i tried the game on 2 separate occasions(one closed beta, one open beta) i didn't care for it. the first time i was stuck in the pirate area then tried again and still had problems(was stuck in the REALLY unfair battle of beating the pirate captain guy). Overall the battles at times seems to be nothing but getting swarmed by enemies or having to bulldoze past the things. Not a fun game from what i've played so far.

Agree.

It's a pretty mediocre game. I got bored very quickly.

Once you finish the storyline, which is pretty short, there is no more to do than repeat it over and over again. And all you have to do is smash other minifigures. You can't build nothing, wich is quite ironic for a LEGO video game.

Thought my Target had them but it was actually a big display of series 11.:(

I wish I could find those! I didn't start collecting until recently, and all I can find on shelves is either 12 or Simpsons.

I picked up 6 S13s in Kingston upon Thames today. The price is the same as S12, i.e. £2.49 each.

I got:

  • hotdog guy
  • alien
  • female cyclops
  • king
  • evil wizard
  • goblin

I wanted a samurai too, but got tired of feeling packets surrounded by loads of gormless Christmas shoppers. I'm getting a sealed box of 60 in January anyway, so will get her then.

Portland, ME Target has a huge display of them. Picked myself up a goblin and the snake charmer. The price is still $3.99.

Aww man. I'd love to grab some there if only Portland wasn't three hours away from my house... I have to sleuth for them in Bangor, which didn't have them when I went up there two days ago.

I see them on bricklink in Ireland and Great Britain... I have to wait them in Italy to grab my 100 goblins.

When I heard that no LoTR/Hobbit sets were to be produced I thought I was going to save some money this year...

...how naive of me.

What shop is it? Tesco?

Daniel.

Some 360 views of the minifigures.

God... LEGO needs to introduce back printing in the legs ASAP

I just noticed the Lady Cyclops has the same colors of the S9 Cyclops but switched

I am very pleased to say that I observed no quality issues in the Goblin, Evil Wizard, or HDG I got. The head clutch power was good, no overly loose joints, Goblin hat sticks perfectly! I hope this means the quality has improved on the whole since Series 12 happened.

Darn, in Italy we will get them in 2 tweeks, 100 goblins still left for me!

You can take all the goblins and I'll take all the samurai!

Well, after calling a few places, it seems Series 13 won't be in my area for a while...

It's great to see there's tons of army builders here for all interests (Galaxy Trooper, Goblin, Samurai, Egyptian Warrior and Alien Trooper). Series 12's only real army builder was the Hun Warrior, but the Battle Goddess and Space Miner might have also been considered as such.

And I don't know why... But I find myself more and more excited to nab the Disco Diva... While she's rather niche, I find all the printing and details bump her up to the level of more popular figures in this series.

I love so much this world!

I'll crave for 100 goblins, and I'd discard every Disco Diva since she's totally useless to me.

I love the differences between people!

Disco Diva is my second favorite after Hot Dog Man. Printing is what makes her fantastic, she is probably the best female minifigure in the theme for me. I don't know why would she be useless, brown afro is very useful
