riograndefan Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 (edited) I have had the goal of building an ES44 in BNSF colors for some time. I haven't worked on it since last winter. On seeing Legoman666 build on his ES44, it has gotten me interested in getting one built. I am stumped on how to build the rear of the locomotive. The grill pieces and the multiple angles have me scratching my head. Does anyone have any good pictures or an LDD of this area? Thanks, Scott Edited August 31, 2014 by riograndefan Quote
legoman666 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I can show some better photos of mine if you're interested. I had trouble because I had an L motor in the back. Would've been a lot easier without it. Quote
riograndefan Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 Yes, that would be great. Quote
legoman666 Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 Whipped this together real quick for you. I think you can infer the rest from this photo: After the brackets are just a bunch of headlight bricks. Note, this is a very specific solution to a very specific problem. If you don't have a motor back there, it will be immensely easier. Let me know if you need more detail. Quote
