"They're from around here. The Orc is an immigrant from abroad, though and the Human comes from southern Dastan. I believe he mostly played in Drakencourt, is where they played most often, but got sick of the life there, so he came up here, because he got sick of the life there. However, the songs they're playing here are mostly Polkung-styled are the current songs. I've got to keep the customers happy, the customers must be kept happy by me, you see." Can Orel buy a soup? Lynne orders a bowl of rice as well. "Two bowls of rice and a soup are coming up, coming up are two bowls of rice and one soup." Khorne Posted November 2, 2014 Author Posted November 2, 2014 QM Note: Actually, the captain of Farrech told you you could ask around for more information at the inn, to find out if anyone knows more about the missionary . So the goal of the inn is to question townspeople (but you can sleep here, too, if you want, just ask the innkeeper. Sorry if I wasn't clear . Quote

Khorne Posted November 4, 2014 Author Posted November 4, 2014 "Yeah, I guess you could call us that. Have you been in Farrech long, Katerin?" "About five years, I guess. My dad's an army man, so our family lives here, too. I did like life in the south more, though." "Leofwein. So far so good. You wouldn't happen to know anything about the father out places would you? With the vikings and such up north? " "I've been north of Farrech before. The Polkung aren't so bad as people make out sometimes. Many of them are actually okay, it's just like with everybody that you sometimes have hardliners. They're descendants of the Vikings alright, but they've lived as a part of the Empire for so long, I can hardly believe they'd actually turn their back on us." "It's not the people I'm afraid of, the steppes are just a dangerous place in general for a girl like me. You need to be used to living there if you want to survive. Of course, there's the occasional marauder, too... I'm afraid I'm not being much of a help here, am I?" Polly walked up to the man with the coonskin cap. "They're pretty good, aren't they?" "Yeah, but not as good as the final cries of dying sabretooth cat, though. Damn, music to my ears that is." Quote
