Modulars - how many of each do you have?

Also, not sure that this counts, but I have also built 2 of Brick City Depot's designs (Trilogy Bar/Night Club and the Castiron Building)

Currently bricklinking BCD's Psychiarist Office.

I know I'll never get MS, and I think I can probably live without TH and FB.

I have exactly one of each, starting with Fire Brigade. (I missed out on Green Grocer, Cafe Corner, and Market Street ) I have toyed with the idea of getting a second DO but I bought the Helicarrier instead. I may get 2 Brick Banks when they come out. I want to expand the bank to 48x32 and make the laundromat its own 16x32.

Personal: 1 Bricklinked MS, 1 CC, 1 GG, 1 FB, 1 GE, 1 PS, 1 TH, 1 PC, 1 PR, 1 DO, and 1 Mini Modular - All of these purchased MISB when they were still available and normal prices.

I had bricklinked a 2nd CC with intentions of expanding my own, and then felt bad about those who never had the chance to buy and ended up hawking it on EBAY years ago.

Also have 1 GE, and 1 FB that I bought with intentions to sell later on in order to support the Lego habit, along with a Medieval Market Village, none of which I have sold yet because I've just been lazy. And I also have a spare Diagon Alley that I bought with the intention of selling later on, but I haven't really had the heart to think of selling it because am still entertaining hopes of breaking that open one day when I have more space in order to make modulars out of the two sets.

I haven't really been into buying spares of sets, because the budget only goes so far, but I would like to pick up another Pet Shop before it retires, and I definitely plan on buying an extra of PR, DO, and BB when I have the funds because I would love to see those expanded.

Also have intentions of using the LEGO Classic Basic brick boxes to build something whimsical and colorful over the next few months. We'll see how that turns out.

I have 1-GE, 1-PS, 1-PR, and 1-PC. The Parisian Restaurant is by far my favorite. The drink cabinet in the restaurant is a pretty simple yet impressive build. I also remember while assembling the blue roof of the upstairs apartment section I thought to my self, Jamie has out done himself with this build.

No, not really, but this is mainly dependent on two things: The type of job, and (much, much more importantly) the amount of interest your better half, if present, has in Lego. I'm lucky enough to have a wife who is at least as fanatic an AFOL as I am.

We own one of each official modular, having received Brick Bank a few weeks ago.

Also, we bricklinked the official mini modulars.

I could not agree more! We rebuilt the PR a few weeks back, and that roof is really a terrific design. No "mouse traps" in sight, it just fits perfectly.

I'm looking forward to getting the Palace Cinema and Brick Bank during the year. If only Lego had these on sale once in a while... I might consider starting to get duplicates, for the parts. I prefer getting some smaller sets when I find them on sale to gather parts for my own creations.

Sadly, I also have food to buy and have bills to pay, so getting multiples at full price or Bricklinking older sets for 2x the original price is out of the question for me.
