Boulderer Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I really like this MOC. It's a really polished build with great attention to detail. The type of MOC many of us aspire to Quote
Eraman Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Really cool model with very good climbing skills Quote
filsawgood Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Very cool TATRA! Awesome design! Excellent technical performance! Quote
afol1969 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Another totally awesome model Madoca, though I didn't expect anything less from you Great job! Looking forward to the parts list and instructions. Thanks for taking the time to make these. Same here. Impressive and amazing MOC, as always! I'll make it on my build list, I've 8 Unimog tires and two 8878 battery boxes. But does it work with the standard receivers, I've only one V2? Greetings Alex Quote
AndyCW Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Another awesome job. It seems like it has more than enough torque. Did you try any other gear ratios? 25:1 with XLs may be overkill. v/r Andy Quote
leksivalen Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Not a big tatra fan but this one got my attention...its AWESOME!!! Quote
Madoca 1977 Posted September 11, 2014 Author Posted September 11, 2014 It is always nice to see Tatras . What steering system did you use?. Steering system is not like real. It's not robust but works with enough precision. Quote
rollermonkey Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Wow! That's a BRUTE! I love it! ...and they thought that Mount Tipped-table could never be conquered. Quote
HorcikDesigns Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Very, very nice. The only thing that i don't like is the weigh of this monster, although it performs well, it might be a bit better, in my opinion... ;) Quote
Mark275 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 WOW This is just Amazing!!! (like always ) Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Amazing work again Madoca . Your Tatra 813 looks realy stunning . Some technical futures is not the same as the real one, but who care´s. It´s Lego and a great MOC . Quote
Lakop Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 (edited) Great truck. loved how it climbed that slope, you could hear the motors going. H Edited September 11, 2014 by Horace T Quote
jorgeopesi Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Steering system is not like real. It's not robust but works with enough precision. Well then this is a MOC of a trial truck not a Lego trial truck . Lego trial trucks have to be robust more than precise, I konw well... . Quote
KirTech LAB Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Yes, design is awesome! Waiting for outdoor test!!! Quote
Madoca 1977 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 I'm working on Tatra's instructions. I spent a week in building the chassis. I think it would would take another week to finish the whole. Swing half axles. Gearbox with 2 XL and M motor. Back half of the chassis. At this point, I've taken 125 pictures. Full instructions would contain more than 200 pics. I hope to share full instructions in the beginning of October. Quote
