Skalldyr Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 (edited) Hi all, I do not know if that is the right forum to post it but I thought adventurer looked good! It is the first Tintin Moc I've made but I'm looking forward to more.... Thomson and Thompson pursue someone in a mosque, but they forgot to take off their shoes .......... ProducePrincess Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Looks just like the scene. you should crop the picture a bit though. If you keep doing these you could try using some of houndknights new decals. Quote
Erdbeereis Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 That's really brilliant, I love Tintin. What are those shoe pieces from? Great work on this Skalldyr. Quote
Milan Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Excellent! Very close to the original. I like the entrance and the darkness inside, just like on the original picture. Quote
Skalldyr Posted April 3, 2010 Author Posted April 3, 2010 (edited) Thank you all very much! What are those shoe pieces from? These are the old belville lego shoes from my sister. Oh and where can I find houndknights new decals? Edited April 3, 2010 by Skalldyr Quote

lightningtiger Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Very nice MOC 'Skalldyr' - I too loved reading Tintin books when I was a kid. Nice way to use HP torsos for Thomson and Thompson - excellent building frontage too ! Great work and I'm a conformist! 'Skalldyr' I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Hound Knight Posted April 4, 2010 Posted April 4, 2010 I say, there certainly are a lot of Tintin MOCs lately! Great MOC, looks just like the scene from the book! Nice shoe idea too. Quote

Joey Lock Posted April 4, 2010 Posted April 4, 2010 You know, Its a long shot but, Lego might actually make some sets. Or at least the little Polybags you get with the DVD or Cinema! Imagine if Lego says "Hound Knight, We need your skills!" Quote
