Three Cheerleaders cheering their team on!

Football (or Soccer, for those across the pond) is topical, what with the World Cup around the corner. Also I know the pitch markings for the sport and I have a ball.

Simple but true to life.

Basketball is another option, but the only time I have come across the markings (in the school gym) they were mixed up with Netball, Indoor tennis and a myriad other sports one plays inside.

Very very possibly even non-League teams have the odd cheerleader. The massive teams do not seem to, but when siblings or father are watching the low level game there are a few with the mascot.

There's a few teams in MLS that have them, though they aren't your typical cheerleaders like this minifig. They're more just for show and I guess halftime entertainment.

they have cheerleaders at the football club i support - Ipswich town ! In the second tier of english football.
