Community Build: SW Episode V - Empire Strikes Back

With the modest success of CB SW Episode IV - A New Hope, let's get started with Series 2: CB SW Episode V - Empire Strikes Back.

No rules regarding scale (minifig, micro, UCS, midi), size (vignette, 32x32, 48x48, larger) or type (diorama, vehicles, creatures, minifigs, what not).

Not a contest, just a chance to build with everybody in the common theme SW Episode V - Empire Strikes Back.

Create as many new MOCs as you want but please do your best to complete them before the end date.

Target end date is October 31, 2011.

Guidelines for posting;

1) Post your MOC on as a separate topic in the LSW forum with the subtitle CB SWV - Empire Strikes Back

2) Reply to this thread with your MOC and link for the thread about it.

3) Photo is optional (max picture resolution for deeplinked pics is 800x600)

4) Your entry will be added beside your name in Sign-ups

Okay I'll go again :) Hopefully this time I'll produce something a little more impressive.

Plenty of ideas, as ESB is my favourite of all the films, but nothing I want commit to at this time

I think I'll start to build Snowspeeders right now.

I was really sad for missing the first community build. I was really busy and had no ideas.

Well, I sure won't miss this one. I already have a ton of great ideas.

Are some custom stickers allowed?

I'd like to participate, even if I can't physically build since I'm away from my bricks, I'll try to whip up something in LDD.

I'm thinking a couple of small Cloud City scenes would be fun. How about

1. Fett, Vader and Lando outside Han's torture room

2. Han's tourture

3. R2's escape from Cloud City (just open the door, you stupid lunk!)

I don't want to seize up all the goodies, let me know if that's too many scenes.

Sorry but can't use an MOC prior to the announcement, but please do build on the other scenes you've mentioned. Don't rush to put out an MOC as we've just started.
