Dr Rod Posted September 28, 2013 Author Posted September 28, 2013 After searching for many weeks (and getting distracted with other tasks ;) ) Barrizz finds a clue as to the whereabouts of a ghost orchid. Said to grow from the corpses of elves fallen in battle, Barrizz searches the North Western Moruth swamplands, where a party of elves went missing hunting drow. Having lost all but one of her companions, Barrizz pushes forward through the swamp on her steed and finally sees the almost spectral form of a ghost orchid. She is currently returning to Masa, hopefully not too late.. Quote
Garmadon Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Great build, Dr. Rod, it has a nice swamy feel, and the ghost orchid really sticks out The sinking horses was a great idea, and the brown flower stalks (at least I think they are brown ) work very well. Excellent Job Quote
Mike S Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Nice build! I really like the ghost orchid and how it contrasts with the surrounding! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Incredible lighting As others said the horses half sunken into the swamp are a neat detail and the olive leaves fit nicely with the swamp atmosphere Quote
Infernum Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Wow! Very nice lighting! Love the sinking horse and foliage! Quote
kermit Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Wow really nice. I like the vegetation and the dark tone to the first pic. The second pic is just amazing. How did you create the floor with the light up brick? Quote
Gideon Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Wonderful lighting! Are there any pictures of the magiclego behind the effect you might share...? Quote
