Niku Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Some days after Agleon Erigeon siege... The city is breached, the east gate was the first one to fall, and afterwards the other three followed the same fate, desperate attempts to hold their ground and retake parts of the city were proved by the defenders on many ocassions with diverse results, some fortified quarters are still controlled by the Agleons, but the main fight is on the city inner walls. Meanwhile, as chaos spreads, civilians flee to the safety of the citadel trying to escape the slaughter. A small gate passage to the citadel is defended by few of the Ardethains, fighting wave after wave of enemies, no news from reinforcements arrive, the last defenders need assistance inmediately as only one stands. Elessar Ardethain, captain of the Ardethains, holding against impossible odds, knows the city is doomed, but refuses to abandon its duty, hoping to give as much time as he can to the civilians. Footsteps can be heard on the distance, wether foes of friends, impossible to know. Wields his weapon and prepares for the next wave. C and C much appreciated. Cheers. =) Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 I like the detailing on the wall, I hope he holds out if there are enemies incoming! Quote
Kerntechniker Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Excellent build. I like the details of the wall using so many different bricks. Of course the splatter of the enemy is also impressive. Nice job! Quote
MKJoshA Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Nice build, small but great detail. Is Elessar's shoulder/neck/face piece a Brickwarrior's piece or is it System? Quote

Thanks Lord Vladivus, we shall see if he can hold or not. Excellent build. I like the details of the wall using so many different bricks. Of course the splatter of the enemy is also impressive. Nice job! Kerntechniker thank you, I feared that including so many corpses will be distracting a little bit but it seems not. Nice build, small but great detail. Is Elessar's shoulder/neck/face piece a Brickwarrior's piece or is it System? Thank you MKJoshA, the shoulder piece is System it comes in the Sith Fury-class Interceptor. Belonging to thats a lot of dead meat there... hehe nice :) bring me your daughter to the slaughter - Maiden :) A barbecue after the fight is done. Cheers. Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 That's a brilliant use of the Malgus armour! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 I like how you used the Heroic Knight shield and made the gate match its colors Quote
Niku Posted January 10, 2014 Author Posted January 10, 2014 That's a brilliant use of the Malgus armour! Thanks!, I have few of SW but sometimes incorporating it to castle fits nicely, I really enjoy the result of using it even if it is the rear. I like how you used the Heroic Knight shield and made the gate match its colors Glad you notice it SK. Thanks Quote
Zach Mills Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Those Star Wars shoulders work really well for Elessar. They make him look like a total tank! Quote
Emma Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Great story - although it's sounding a bit dire for the Ardethains . I like the colour scheme and the design of the wall facade, also the Sleepyhead head works really well for a dead/injured character. Quote
Gideon Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Good job with that wall, and excellent figure composition. I like the unorthodox use of that SW shoulder piece a lot, it works perfect here Quote
