:lol: If only !!! But actually we can create a governor with normal imperial minifigs (like an imperial officer+special head). I would like more to see the imperial gunners with some new helmets !!! I think a UCS deserve some special minifigs !!!

well I really like this set because of minifigs but that's it. I didn't have Obiwan and Tatoine luke before. Greedo is also really nice. And finally the stormy is awesome with the backpack and everything. But considering the other stuff, I like the dewback and also the speeder. And that's it. I don't know why they calle dit cantina because there is only a small part of a wall of the cantina so there is something missing. I hope for extension sets in the future, that could be awesome for sure ! :D

The first LEGO Star Wars set with skin tones will be the new millenium falcon. Leia should get a skin toned head, so sorry for all who thought star wars will only be yellow !!! :huh: The good point is that we will have more minifigs to collect and this peach tone is not bad :D This was announced in Toyfair

Gunner could be an option for an exclusive minifig !!! I would also like a prison officer, or prison troopers dressed in black. Those wer only toooo nice in the movie !

Lol I like this idea of LEGO simpsons... But because of the theme they are talking about in the simpsons (volence, weapons, debts, etc...) I do'nt think this correspond to the idea Lego is having of their toys :(

This is quite weird... All the speechs of Lego managers seems completely contradictory at this time. I guess there is something wrong in the communication of the company <_<

I know, no new minifig... But actually maybe they will add something exclusive in the set... Like a special darth vader or something... Actually I would be happy with a set like this one... A deathstar playset is obviously missing considering the fact that half of a new hope action is located int he deathstar :huh:

After you have your first track, it is easier to expend and buy more train stuff. Maybe this leads us to new trains sets for this year... :rolleyes:

yes but actually think about this: aboo is brown in the simpsons, as the doctor is ! But they said most of the minifigs will stay yellow. So don't worry ! And a luke with skin tons would be different from the 25 lukes I already have :blink:

looool :lol: Actually there's a permanent show at LEGO company staring with people like him ;) At every event LEGO send a guy to answer questions. Actually those guys are marketers and are trained to answer like that... But considering LEGO, they always try to keep secret and their strategy is full of contradictions ! Lord of the Ring would have been an awesome licence. I think they didn't buy it because they are already creating a lot of new molds for Star Wars (at least one or 2 per year just for minifigs...) And a mold cost a lot of money :( Too bad...

Ctually I like this new peach color... It's not really like a "white" skin ton. It's not that far from yellow. But don't worry, minifigs won't all become skin tonned. Actually Lego said they will jut focus on skin-tonned minifigs for licences. This may include star wars, but as far as we know all the minifigs in the new SW sets are yellow (even for the january release) :)

Finally som good sets in sight ! I still have the pics of the new harry potter sets and will post those soon on the forum. The new F1 sets seems to be really good, especialy the pit one. Concerning spiderman, I am a bit disapointed with the train set... I was hoping for something that could be use with classic train sets (: /

A portuges article mentioned today on Lugnet that more new 2004 sets are coming. 4 more designer Hockey players minifigs (?!) 4 new technic sets New creator sets New alpha team sets etc... :D It seems like 2004 will be a good year !
