  1. Added this to the first post: Thanks Lasse D
  2. Nice instructions Lasse. I'll link it in our instructions database. Is the uni-server you're using online for ever or do you have it stored somewhere on a more permanent server? Now to start building that huge thing...in a few years or so
  3. Jeez. How long will it take before you guys notice this pinned topic? I've been merging waay too many topics there lately and still you don't seem to notice it. In order to keep this forum "clean" as in not infested by sales/trades/great deals and so forth all over the world, I've created the Star Wars sets anyone? topic for you to share and discuss availability and such. In the future please go there instead of making new topics like this one. Thanks for your cooperation "Madame, you have suffered an emotional shock. I will notify a rape crisis center"
  4. Perhaps we should switch to Latin instead? Since most western languages derives from Latin (not counting Finnish or Hungarian, sry). Or how about Dutch..it's like a mix of all languages anyways Or how about Danish, the true LEGO language? ... maybe we should just keep it English and let it be as is
  5. Either that or perhaps someone with a zillion grey bricks could copy every section build and post pics of the final product. [starts counting his grey, bley, whey, frown and whatever]
  6. Thanks for the help. I've managed to work my way around it. Topic indexed
  7. Yup this has also been added to the index. I never knew that it would take so much work to do simple stop-motion films. It must take forever to make a few seconds worth of film...
  8. I've added this to the index. And again thanks for sharing your knowledge on this.
  9. I merged your double post and added a poll
  10. Yes it is, and ya know what? It doesn't matter. We've got plenty of room for reviews and it's always great to have different opinions on a set. A great set in my opinion. I bought me a few of these for army building and for the pieces. For size and price it's definately a fair set, though I'd rather have the Dwarf Mine Defender. But you're right, it should be in everyone's Castle collection.
  11. ?! I've not got a single clue as to what you're talking about or why you got that title. Sorry, but you're pointing the gun at the wrong man here. Now the above is certainly what a guilty man would say, but "I didn't do it"
  12. Couldn't he just beam himself somewhere? Or is it because you're a little too big for his beaming device, since you're some 45 times bigger than him.
  13. Perhaps you could resize some of the pics in the 1st post? The first one is good, being 600x800, but the rest are a little too large.
  14. Nothing. He sneaked onboard the airplane. He didn't even bring his passport eventhough I told him to. He can be such a pain sometimes. Erhm not really. They were just so damn cheap, and I've been meaning to do a medieval house in dark grey and orange for a while. Perhaps I'll even do one of those modules (yellow castle) in orange and have Patrick stand guard.
  15. Super. I'll index this later today. Now I have to go shopping and do some daily chores
  16. As some might know I've been on a short trip to Berlin last week. I've had some good advice on shops here(link will follow) And I must admit that I was more than once seriously close to spending waaaay too much money on LEGO. Luckily I didn't because you're only allowed a certain amount of luggage when travelling cheap. Here's a small photo session on my trip: The trip started of very well, I got the chance to buy these: And before getting down to some shopping we (the fig, me and my to-be-wife) went sightseeing: Charlottenburg: Checkpoint Charlie: Denkmal (2700+ big cold rocks) Unter Den Linden: (with polizei and Brandenburger Tor in the back) We did go to other places as well, but I forgot to take pics with some LEGO reference (read sigfig). KaDeWe: And this is some of my loot: Oh and this is not a pic of a very small minifig, no this is a pic of what you get when ordering a "grande latte" I had half a day on my own and spend it in the LegoLand Discovery Centre Berlin. A great place, if you're between 7 and 11 years old. As an AFOL it's a dissapointment, but then again it's not made for us, but for the children. They had a pretty cool modelbuilder thing, where you can build a model whilst a young smiling employee instructs you. Sadly we had to leave the bricks and this created some sniffing and wet eyes from the children in the crowd. Cheap TLG - very cheap The pics of the LLDC can be seen here (when public). All in all a great trip with a neat amount of loot.
  17. Yep that's the right way to do it. Now go to your first post in this topic and press "edit", then deeplink two or three pics and we're set to have this beauty indexed.
  18. And if You were to deeplink the pics, then I'd gladly add it to the MOC Index. If in doubt on how to, then look in my sig below and follow the link to the tutorials.
  19. Nice work. A very good vignette. Now I haven't seen the movie yet, but it still looks good to me
  20. I might agree that some of the themes are reboots or remakes. But I fail to see where the Castle theme is a reboot? Castle has been around for ages and even though it changes in appearance once in a while from CC to KK to FE, it's still the same. I am sure the pirate reintroduction is a great idea, but the PowerMiners will fail miserably. I am eagerly awaiting the new space theme (hopefully to eradicate the mistake of rebooting LoM )
  21. Nice and simple tutorial. Thanks for sharing your knowledge on this with the rest of us noobs
  22. Absolutely stunning work. The skill and techniques you wield are truly amazing. I wish I was creative enough to do something like that. Arh well, in 5 or 6 years when I've got a house of my own with a large basement for all my LEGO, I might have the time and space to improve my building skills. Nice work RebelRock (as usual).
  23. Race over. 1. Hamilton 2. Massa 3. Raikonnen 4. Alonso 5. Heidfeld Ok, so I've overdone it by saying Alonso would be on the podium A fine race, a little boring since Hamilton took off with the Ferraris fighting hard to keep up. Now we'll just have to wait another 14 days for the final show down between Hamilton and Massa. Not that it'll be much of a show down with 7 points between them (in favour of Hamilton of course)
  24. Let me get this straight. You've built a MOC of a historical building, but lack the pieces to complete it? Then it wouldn't be a historical MOC would it? It's a fine house, but as Athos stated, it's a little plain.
  25. Super. I'll add a quick link in the first post.
