Thanks for reviewing this set and further adding to the Review Index. I've never taken any special liking to this set - it's not all that UCS that I would have liked it to be. Perhaps I was just disappointed to see a classic Star Wars vehicle so simplified in a UCS version. Poll added.

Yup, let's wait for the FIA to review the case. I still fail to see Alonso's fault in this. He may have said that he was faster and that it was annoying to be behind Massa, but that doesn't place the fault on him. What? How can this be Alonso's fault? Massa slowed down on order from his own technician and Alonso overtook him. I fail to see why this should make Alonso look bad. It surely makes Ferrari look bad, as bad as when they told Rubens to let Schumi pass just before the chequered flag. Ferrari has been fined, end of story - paying 100000USD for that stunt will surely hurt and prove a point

Thanks for reviewing this one. I like the older version, it had a printed slope, better body design and the rear end design was spot on. Still, this is a fine little mini and one can only wonder why TLG still push hard to keep the minis of the shelves in stores. I can easily imagine parents buying these as impulse birthday gifts and stuff that Grandpa always brings for the kiddies. But that might just be me mixing my own childhood memories with wishful thinking

It did smell like a team-order when Massa let Alonso pass him. But I can fully understand such a decision. Renault did well - they're getting good at being the number four team Petrov should have fought a little harder to pass the Mercedes, but his work is ok. The updated Drivers' Standing is like this: The top is still pretty close and hopefully Kubica will improve his score and grab 6th place

Today I've been foolin' around on flickr. And since our own gallery here on EB doesn't allow very large pictures, I've created an account and a picture set named 2010 Pictures.
