You must take into account that, from those 2000 pieces, 540 are Dark Brown 1x2 Bricks, that is, a 25%. Most of the pieces are common and little. Also, to decide the price, i used both HP and Modular Houses prices. The question is: wouldn't it be cool if this set, or something similar, smaller and cheaper, becomes a real set?

The piece 3626bpb357 should fit. Hope you will show us all the minifigs you've created.
