  1. Dear friends, this is my new project on LEGO Ideas. I'm trying to raise awareness about the pollution problem in all our cities, by proposing an ecologic transport system based in a Bicycle Rental service and one electric van. If you like the set itself or the idea behind, please be so kind to support it. Many thanks. https://ideas.lego.com/projects/fdaac526-3b3b-4eab-8e03-a446d2e0ae35 Add the new sustainable transportation system to your CITY Pollution is a very serious problem in our cities, and we need sustainable transportation systems to fight it. This bicycle rental system is the perfect complement to combat pollution in our cities. With the two bicycle parking stations, citizens can rent and return a bicycle. When you want to pick up a bicycle, go to the column with the computer and enter your user code. You can pick up the bicycle now. Simply connect the bike to the rack and the system will detect that you have returned it. An employee of the rental system may add bicycles to stations that are empty. With his electric vehicle and trailer he can transport up to 5 bicycles. When the battery of the vehicle runs out, you can go to the electric charger to recharge it. The set includes 3 minifigures: two female users and one employee of the bike rental system. there are 2 bicycle stations, numbered 1 and 2, where you can pick up or return the bicycles. It includes 2 extra pieces with numbers 3 and 4 to expand your bicycle rental system. 6 bicycles are waiting to be rented. An electric vehicle is used to transport bicycles from one station to another. It also includes bicycle repair tools. The trailer can transport up to 5 bicycles and has a ramp to load and unload them. The electric charger allows charging the electric vehicle in a few minutes, connecting the charging hose to the front of the van. Rent a bike and return it by simply connecting it to the rack Carries bicycles from one station to another. Charge the van using the super-charger. Note: On May 2018, I launched the first rental system of the LEGO City in the HispaBrick Magazine Anniversary set. This is the evolution of the system.
  2. Yes, it is suposed to be a Vending machine for softdrinks, although the colour is not related to a well known cola brand... It was only because red colour is common and when searching for parts, they were easy to get. BTW I would like to thank you for all the nice comments about the set. I am especially happy that you like the way to put the bicycles in the rack. There are some hours behind the final design. Enjoy it!
  3. You are very welcome!
  4. @turk187 I have an event this weekend. After that, I will share some pictures. I don't have a part list, but better than this, I can inspire you and you can improve my design ;)
  5. After some days of "try and error", I finally have a first motorized working version of the Joker Manor's Roller Coaster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dc0vSOunDqY Here you are a picture of the modification: Of course there is room for improvement, but actually it works quite well. Now I have to do some make-up
  6. My tree is a tribute to the classic building with only basic bricks. Happy Xmas to all of you.
  7. During the last 26 years I have been involved in the organisation of Motorsport races. I have been lucky enough to be part of the most important FIA (Formula 1) and FIM (MotoGP) Championships. Some time ago I decided to build with bricks the Marshal post where I have been collaborating. And due that two weeks ago, after the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix, I got "retired" I would like to share with you the LDD file of this model. You can dowload the LDD file from here: http://hispabrickmagazine.com/en/content/free-model-ldd-circuit-de-catalunya Enjoy it! Lluís Gibert

  11. I created a surprise box with LEGO keys to open it. The idea started when my wife and me were searching a fun way to distribute the gifts of our wedding. We constructed the box, and designed a funny way to open it. We did a game during the wedding and distribute the keys. The lucky winners discovered the gifts and kept the boxes for themselves. Moreover, the keys were printed with the date of the wedding. The Party Surprise Brick Box can be personalized, you can put a gift inside, close it and share the keys. Only one lucky winner will be able to open the box. The box has two panels easily removable that you can personalize. Once you added the personalized panels in the box, add something inside, put the cover and close it by pushing technic pins. There are 6 keys. They all look identical when closed. You can do a game or simply make them choose one of the keys. 5 of the can't open the box, but one lucky winner will get the master key. This person has to go to the box, press the technic pins inside the box and... that's it! He can remove the cover and discover what's inside! If you like this project, please support it at LEGO Ideas. Thank you! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/153715
  12. HispaBrick Magazine proudly presents: issue 025. As you can see from the cover image, in this issue, we take the 42056 Porsche GT3 RS for a spin. This “Ultimate” Technic set has generated a lot of expectation, and wanted to tell you to what extent the hype is merited. You will also be able to read an article by the creator of a series of Star Wars Maxifigs and, in line with the team, our take on the Battle of Hoth UCS. You can also read about our Star Wars layout (and other themed displays) at our event in Mungia. In our TOPMOC section, we look at some inspiring sailboats. We also visited Nathan Sawaya’s exhibition “The Art of the Brick”. Have you seen the updated WeDo 2.0 robotics set. HispaBrick Magazine takes a look at how it compares to its predecessor to show you what you can expect and whether or not you may want to update to the latest form factor. Of course there are tons of other articles, including instructions for an additional WeDo 2.0 model, reviews of a number of iconic sets and of course the comic strip Desmontados.
