I grew up here. Every now and then I come to catch up and look back. This place gave me many friends, and I love it for that. My first sense of community began here, and it led me to other communities. I don't post at all these days. But I try to keep up.

My post history is obnoxious. My first posts meant well, and that's the nicest thing that can be said. I learned a lot about communicating effectively because I did it so poorly in my early years here. For all of you who tolerate my obnoxiousness, thanks. For all of you who can't stand it--boy, do I not blame you.

For all the kids, who likely will never see this profile, it's okay to be a kid. Have fun, be nice, and keep an open mind to learning. This place is a great atmosphere for a kid. If you respect the brilliant adults here, you'll do fine. Don't always agree, but ALWAYS strive to treat them respectfully. And then, some day, you'll grow up. We all grow up differently. But when you grow up, keep your fondness to those childish things you love, and you'll always have a friend.

Eurobricks, thanks for helping to nourish who I am. I had special, meaningful times here, mostly from 2007-2010. I hope others get this same chance, but the nature of our communities is so different now. Thankfully, the nature of LEGO fans remains eternal.
