It isn't a file, it's a record in a database. For security reasons databases are often designed to make record-by-record recovery hard... and I'm pretty sure that the only way for this can be done is to restore an entire backup of the site. Additionally, you are asking us to spend our time to save yours. It's happend to me before and I just took it on the chin.

Sorry to hear your MOC was neglected. Sometimes times are busy and topics aren't noticed. My advice on that is to add links to your recent MOCs in your signature and post around more... As for the MOC itself, it's classic in some ways yet more like todays styles in others. I like it. I'll be looking out for more MOCs from you in the future.
