  1. Snagged Anakin's Jedi Starfighter at Target yesterday. Was the only new set they had besides the Vader & Stormtrooepr Brickheadz. They're starting to come out on US shelves, start hunting!
  2. I'm still secretly hoping that another set would have Daredevil and Spidey going against Kingpin or another one that would finally give us Lizard!
  3. I really, really like this set. $50 for 600 or so pieces is a great deal! The December 1st release is also pretty smart as well. The new Spider-Man based off of his Into the Spider-Verse appearance is absolutely gorgeous, and I'm so glad we're getting another new variant for Spidey. The new Venom is a nice upgrade of the old one and certainly looks great. Aunt May is nice as always, and SPIDER GWEN!!! FINALLY! Spider-Man's mech is a little "meh" in my opinion considering we're getting a Batman one as well in the same time frame. I'll have to judge it in person, but I do like it's design and how it integrates the web pieces into the build. Monster Venom or his "mech" looks amazing. I love the look of it, I love the tentacles, I love how the head is built, I love it all. Can't wait to build that. I can probably see myself keeping the Monster Venom built while parting out the Spider-Man mech within the year or so. Gwen's hoverboard is nothing special. It looks nice, I guess. Lastly, I love the web pieces. They're so useful for display! I love that we're also getting web handcuffs as well, seeing that Spidey does that a lot in the comics. This makes me really hopeful for at least a few more comic sets this year. Daredevil may finally become a reality!
  4. I like this set actually. - The Bat-Mech is quite nice looking, and would certainly pop in a display I am planning. - I feel a bit more could have been done with Ivy's "mech" design. I may make a few edits, but for the most part It's really neat. - We're getting the same Batman. Again. It'll be the third time we get the Rebirth design. Hoping for maybe a new face, but that's unlikely. - Flash is the same as well, but he DOES come with duel molded legs. That's nice. - Ivy has a pretty cool redesign. I like the one from TLBM a bit more, but this is a nice comic variant, - FINALLY. FIREFLY! BASED OFF OF THE BATMAN TV SERIES TOO! I LOVE IT!
  5. The battle pack has good figures AND a good build. The landspeeders are also pretty good builds with good figures and those animal things. FINALLY a new OT TIE, and the falcons looks quite nice with the blue/white.
  6. It seems like we'll finally be getting another OT style TIE Fighter from the Solo line.
  7. - Arctic seems pretty lame as we just got it not too long ago. I'll probably only pick up the smaller ones. - Didn't really care for the last train wave, but this one has me interested. Hoping to get at least the station and/or the new passenger train. - FINALLY A NEW HOSPITAL! - Outdoor adventures seems interesting. I have also yet to pick up the beach people set. - I hope that at least one of the conf. sets is a town square set of some kind. We're overdue for a new set that features a few buildings.
  8. Wow! I've been waiting for the OT X-Wing to get an upgrade and here it is! Sandcrawler is pretty neat as well. Plus, the Starfighter looks great, and I can finally get Ani from E2. Advent calendar looks nice as well, noting that Guarvian soldier..
  9. I doubt January. It's likely something to be released in stores, or a May the 4th promo.
  10. A bit disappointing. BUT, I like the inclusion of the classic styled minifigures, some decent pieces, and the cool printed tile. Not as bad as I thought they'd be, but was certainly expecting more.
  11. There are just WAYYYYYYY too many things the person would've had to do to make it look this real. Plus, there's quite a few recolors, and the new flower mold for 2018 only furthers the fact that this is probably real.
  12. As It is right off the heels of the tenth anniversary of the buildings, I feel now is as good a time as ever to shake things up. While I love the classic faces, the detailed faces help with blending in the figures with almost every other lego figure currently in the market and in various lego cities people have made. Based on quite a lot of factors, this is VERY likely to be the official modular, and if that's the case: I really, really like it.
  13. They'd probably blend with the color, but anything's possible.
  14. The prints/stickers and the Friends flowers introduced for the 2018 sets makes me believe this is real. How would someone get these pieces so early, or better yet that sticker (print?) on the door.
  15. Still a bit on the fence, but based on all this evidence, I'm starting to think this is real.
