LEGOs were a huge part of my early days. I spent many hours dumping bins of bricks out on the floor (because rifling through the bins was always annoying) and plenty of hours afterwards cleaning up the messes I'd made. I didn't really have a favorite theme growing up, though I definitely had a weakness for space sets which evolved into a Star Wars -heavy collection.

Growing up in Maryland, I started college at Virginia Tech and was there for five semesters before I transferred away. Between the sheer number of classes I had to retake during that time and courses that didn't directly transfer, I may as well have only been there for a year, but I wouldn't trade the two and a half that I spent there for anything. I'm now 25 and am living and attending school in Fairbanks, Alaska, still trying desperately to get my degree in Mining Engineering. Oh, and I say "heh" a lot. I prefer it to "haha" or "lol" most of the time. Fun fact..
