  1. Slave I - 20th Anniversary Edition (75243) Added it to my growing collection: Jango Fett's Slave I (7153) Slave I - 3rd Edition (8097) Boba Fett's Starship (75312) Boba Fett's Starship Microfighter (75344) At least one advent calendar's Slave I Next will either be the 2nd edition or possibly the UCS (saving up).
  2. It's probably less shocking to basically see one's own self running in the buff.
  3. Very nice! I've been working on some mods for mine, too. Completely agree that the back wastes a lot of space. I like your bridge mod, and I also saw someone mod the large triangular areas next to it to be openable. The combination of both could give a huge increase. Edit: Forgot to say that your other mods are big improvements, too.
  4. Yeah, that's tough. With Lego, there are two versions of accuracy: 1) Figuring out how to work with bricks at small, often not-quite-right scale to make it look "close enough" to the real things. 2) Go very large to the point where the available parts can better replicate smaller, more intricate details. Clearly, you've gone for the latter, and the results are breathtaking. I enjoy both, but time/funds dictate that I have to stick to the former. It's still rewarding for me, but you have to accept that it will never be totally correct.
  5. I'd say that you edged out a spot by a nose.
  6. When you purchase @Jerac's package, it comes with part lists and instructions for four schemes. This is basically (~98%) the "white" one with the 9 tan tiles (3 each of 1x2, 2x2 and 2x4) from the "dirty" (gray) one swapped in in the same places. Plus, @l0renZo added some tan inverted 2 x 2's (inside of wings) and about 9 pieces (mostly tiles - 2x3, 2x2 and 1x2 visible, but at least one 4x2 wedge plate) in light bluish gray swapped for white here and there. Edit: Also, some of the red "1 x" tiles and plates on the main stripe are changed to white like on the dirty one (well, those were changed to light bluish gray), too.
  7. Thanks! I'm hoping to get the pieces soon. I also picked up an extra Brickmania MH-60T Jayhawk sticker sheet, just in case I find a fit.
  8. I'm a bit late to the 42113 game. Giving this thread a bump for both my own ideas and so we don't lose track of the awesome mods contained herein. When I saw mention of the kit recently, but couldn't find it on Bricklink, I searched for it on Google/Youtube. Lots of videos/pages came up, but I somehow missed that it was two years ago. Thinking it a recently cancelled kit, I started thinking about how to make it work without buying one. I've always loved USCG boats/cutters/aircraft and loved the idea of a USCG V-22 (though, I understand why they don't have them.) Finding that curved plates #50 and #51 came in red (would have preferred white, but good enough), I started modifying the original parts list, using the instructions to figure out which parts to recolor. Was nearly ready to order when I found this thread. It gave me the Studio files to work from, which I quickly updated to my idea (plus a few small mods.) Hat nod to @efferman for his version. Ours are different enough, though, to consider the distinct ideas. Mine is a mix of the MH-60T Jayhawk colors and those of the larger USCG fixed-wing aircraft (e.g., HC-130J), which seemed fitting given the V-22's unique design. I added a nose radar similar to those found on the MH-60T and the USAF CV-22 Osprey (combat search & rescue), as well as a few minor tweaks to improve a couple of areas. Once I can procure the parts, I'll put it together.
  9. Great job! I really appreciate the extra effort on all of the action photos.
  10. I actually misjudged earlier. He is huge!
  11. Holy cow, that's so detailed! I thought it was huge, but then I realized it's actually not. Great job!
  12. I'm reasonably confident that the minifigs, alone, will be worth more than that in a couple of years.
  13. It's down to $12,999 now, which as a %, is really a big drop.
  14. Thanks to @MaximillianRebo and @Jody Meyer, the images have been fully updated with the actual Rebel Trooper uniforms/helmets.
  15. Thanks. I don't have Photoshop (been a long time since I've used it, sadly.) Can its files be used in Studio PartDesigner? I haven't had a chance to play with that yet, so I don't know what it will work with.
