The last 3 pages have been pretty heated. Please agree to disagree without using hyperbole and straw-man arguments. Hey, I like the Vong! Hey, I like the Sunkiller! But seriously, everyone likes different parts of SW media. Some of it is just how it hits you, some of it is nostalgia, some of it is just good media. I grew up with the EU so I really like some of those storylines. But not everyone does, that's ok. Others grew up with the ST. Like what you like and share why, but don't attack those who like something different from you. Unless you like The Crystal Star, that book was horrible. (Just kidding, if you like it please share why)

Fantastic work all around. Love the Asterix reference with the king being held up on a shield. Great little details like the HP stickers around the forge and the Heroica tile on the wall.

Guys, I've been offline these past 2 weeks waiting for my internet to get hooked up. I'm back and will share more on the map debate soon. But in short, as P9 is under DS control only DS can build on Kashyyyk right now.

The new Spartan helmet from Dreamzzz looks intriguing. I hope Lego has other plans for it in the future.

I'm not a fan of the logo either, but you and I aren't Lego's target audience. You can express your dislike, but there's no need to bash someone who wants to buy it.

Celebrate the holidays with our Life Day contest!

While visiting a planet decorated for Life Day Luke Skywalker is visited by the ghost of Life Day past! Who strangely looks like Darth Vader... Contest Specifics: Cat A: Build a MOC with a footprint size up to 20x20 studs that shows Life Day in a sector your faction has access to. Cat B: Build a 5 or 6 minifig figbarf of Star Wars minifigs and present them in a festive setting. One character may be brick build. (It doesn't have to be a holiday setting, but that is the idea) The Rules: All entries must be entered using this form: Link to Submission Form All rules in the Core Rules topic apply unless otherwise stated in this explanation or the rules above. There are no restrictions on the size/form/content of the builds other than the specifics described above. Each person can enter up-to 4 MOCs for this contest, 2 for each category. All entries will earn XP for their team based on their score. Winners will earn additional XP. The contest will run from Dec 1st to Jan 5th. As long as it is still Jan 5th, 2025 somewhere in the world, you can still enter. Entries posted after the deadline will be disqualified from the episode and will only earn normal XP points. The criteria by which your MOCs will be scored is 1) Storytelling, 2) Aesthetics, and 3) Technical Ability. You can earn up to 10 points in each category for a max total of 30 points per entry. This episode/contest is open to all players of Mysteries, even if they joined EB or signed up for the game after the episode has begun. All entries must be new creations, not posted anywhere else prior to the start date of this episode. You can use creations for this contest in other forums or contests, but it should not have been displayed before the start date for this contest. All entries must be built from real LEGO or with Lego Digital Designer. 3rd party parts may be allowed if used to customize characters and in small quantities. I.E. guns or decals. 3rd party bricks are not allowed to be intentionally used (if you have a Megablock 2x2 brick in a wall of Lego bricks you won't be penalized). You may do a 'full-blown photo edit' with all the text, effects, background compositing, support erasing, and other effects on one picture. All your other pictures may have no editing other than color adjustment or background removal for a solid-color background. For obvious reasons, any photo editing that changes the shape, functionality, or color (not tint or adjustment, but actual color) of a LEGO piece is prohibited,. All entries are considered WIPs (Works In Progress) until the deadline passes. Until the deadline has passed, you are allowed to change and improve your MOC. The Prizes: Every contestant receives a 10 point bonus on each of the mocs (so everyone has a change to win! It's Life Day celebrations after all!) 

I'll start the 2025 thread soon. We've shifted the year dated threads to just be a fresh start to chat about sets. It's not locked to only talking about that year's sets now.

I placed an order on Oct 10th that hasn't shipped yet either. I'm not worried. Exceptionally long wait times are normal with B&P orders. Ignore whatever timeline they tell you. It'll ship when it ships.

Arguing over whether Brickheadz count towards a theme or not is a little much isn't it? Either you collect them as part of a theme or you don't. No one is handing out awards for complete collections so can we agree to having different opinions?
