  1. I like your choice of bright green for sea-plants. Not sold on the TIE wreckage though. I wouldn't have known what ship it was unless you had stated it. The wreckage looks fine, just not defined enough for me.
  2. Really? I've gotten a handful of free parts over the years from nice operators. I got some dark brown midi-legs from Stranger Things, the bat-cessories pack, and a Great White Shark. All offered free for one reason or another. I got an exact order total yesterday when I ordered the Black Falcon parts. And I got a receipt via email. And I ordered both in-stock and out-of-stock parts. All will be shipped at the same time when parts go back in stock.
  3. Yes, maybe I should have stated that. The bridge is an old build.
  4. *Your entry has earned 22 XP* Mick's Story: Personnel Files: The battle had already been fierce. Mick hadn't expected so much resistance. CorSec had sent in a squad of Y-Wings before their approach. That bombing run was supposed to have eliminated much of the resistance for them. But it hadn't worked. He was already down two squad members. As they approached the front door of the Imperial facility where some of Pyerce's troops were holed up Mick saw the remains of one of Hail squadron. They took cover behind the nacelle as a group of Death Troopers and other special ops troops emerged from the door. Look out! Sari saw one the Death Troopers closing on them and jumped out to take him down. Mick and the others used this moment to charge. Through shear luck it seemed, the CorSec band managed to shoot down the troopers. As the dust settled Mick saw that Sari wasn't getting up. We're going to come back for you, I promise. Kortan had the tech officer up against the wall. You're going to open this door for us. Or you'll wish you had done anything but report for duty today.
  5. *Your entry has earned 22 XP* Mick's Story: Personnel Files: With the intel that Blake had received from some of the locals who were upset about Pyerce keeping them out of their favorite hunting spot, Mick was able to coordinate with the rest of CorSec to strike their base. On the bridge of the Erso commands were coming over the loudspeaker: Prepare Hail squadron! We need to send in the bombers before the ground forces approach! Shortly after the Y-Wings made their attack run Mick and his crew pushed forward through the forest to the base their scanners had picked up. There were a few TIEs the Y-Wings had been able to shoot down. As Pyerce's forces sought to set up a front line, CorSec took cover behind some of the wreckage. Forward! Don't let them set up a perimeter! Pyerce had sent out some special ops troops in addition to the regular grunts. Mick's team had proven their worth in battle a number of times, but there were so many blasters pointed at them! Eventually the blaster fire ceased and Mick looked around. All the stormtroopers were down, but so was one of his. We have to get my sister to the med droid fast! We can't afford to waste any time, can you manage to get her back by yourself? My sister's life is more important to me than getting Kale's sister away from Pyerce! I know, and that's why I'm letting you take her back to the ship. I need every able-bodied being beside me right now. But I know Cassandra's life matters. Go, get her some bacta. Zak looked like he wanted to argue more, but then he bent down to pick up his sister's body and hurried off through the trees.
  6. *Your entry has earned 2 XP* Mick's Story: One of Mick's team, Blake approached a couple Devaronians. He made an offhand comment about how the New Republic could do a better job of cleaning up Imperials. The Devaronians looked at each other and cautiously began to share their opinions. Blake invited them to a cantina and a few drinks later he knew where they should start searching.
  7. Story: It's a trap! The Blue Moon gang had figured out who the rat was in their group. They follow him to your meeting and take you both at blaster point. You try to resist but are knocked over the head. When you wake up you find yourself in a cell. The informant's body is in the cell with you. The leader of the Blue Moon gang comes up to the window and starts talking. He gives you a choice. He says you can become an informant for him and worm your way into the Harvest gang or you can leave the planet and stop meddling in other people's affairs. Choice: How would you like to tackle the situation? [The boss is tired of loosing his own people to the Harvest gang. He wants someone expendable to try to infiltrate the rival gang. You know this isn't exactly what the governor had in mind when he agreed to let you help. But it also seems like a good way to understand the situation better.] Player MOC Requirements: Show your character in a meeting room getting intel on known Harvest gang activity. Also show your character receiving a disguise from a Blue Moon gang member. [You realize you're in over your head. Maybe it's best to leave Iotra and let them figure out their own problems.] Player MOC Requirements: Show your character being escorted through the streets by Blue Moon gang members who are there to make sure you leave. [You try to use your diplomatic skills to turn this situation around. You offer the Boss a 3rd option. You promise that you can get him a one-on-one meeting with the leader of the Harvest gang. This is a bold faced lie, but you're sure you can talk your way out of it when push comes to shoove. The Boss laughs in your face, but there's something about your confidence he likes. He agrees to go with you to the Harvest gang's headquarters.] Player MOC Requirements: Show your character and some Blue Moon gang members at the front entrance to the Harvest gang's headquarters.
  8. *Your entry has earned 12 XP* Mick's Story: The intel from the Imperial in Quart's shop had led Mick and his team to Devaron. He's personal goal was to find Kale's sister. But she was part of Pyerce's forces, and CorSec was invested in helping the New Republic root him out once and for all. Mick knew his duty to CorSec had to outweigh his friendship with Kale. But thankfully the two priorities where connected. And since this was a top priority for CorSec he was getting the help of not only his team, but the entire force. CorSec was landing agents all over the planet. Mick and his team landed in one of the nastier ports to try to get some intel about where Pyerce might be holed up. They docked next to an old Sheathipede class shuttle. After docking the Snarky Gundark Mick and his team spread out to carefully question the locals. They didn't want to tip Pyerce off that they were coming. There were all many of foreigners to Devaron milling about the port. You had to watch your step, both figuratively and literally. OoC: I built this ages ago as a way to hype Factions. I've been saving it for the right time to drop when my team needed points. So here we go!
  9. i just called in and was able to order the Black Falcon torso, legs, and the horse with no problem. Backordered to March 3rd. I ordered 7 each of the fig parts and 2 horses. So I'd say just try again to call in your order.
  10. This is fantastic! I love your use of old grey. And the entrance to Wayne Manor looks perfect.
  11. No surprise, but the fun parts from the Blacksmith are not available yet. Hopefully the armor and torsos will be eventually. Somewhat random, but B&P seems to be organized by part instead of by color now. Anyone else experiencing that?
  12. There are 0 rumors of a SW CMF. None.
  13. The Story: After a few wrong turns you finally find the Sheriff in his office. He welcomes you in and quickly gets to the point. Despite his best efforts, the town is largely run by local gangs and bribes to corrupt officials. The Harvester gang has been in control recently, but the Blue Moon gang has been encroaching on their territory. The Sheriff says he would be happy for the help of a diplomat such as yourself in resolving the situation. Choice: How would you like to tackle the situation? [Try to meet with the Harvester gang] Player MOC Requirements: The Harvesters are known to wear dark red and the Sheriff knows where their headquarters are. Show your character trying to gain entrance into their base. [Try to meet with the Blue Moon gang.] Player MOC Requirements: The Sheriff doesn't know where the headquarters for the Blue Moons are. Show your character meeting with one of the Sheriff's informants who has more information. [Maybe it's best to get another perspective before you go any further. Head to the local cantina to try to get the local's perspective.] Player MOC Requirements: Show your character at a local bar/cantina asking the locals about the two gangs.
  14. Talking about Lego's rules with exclusives and convention rules is getting off topic. Move along. Move along.
  15. While the discussion is technically on-topic since we're debating Star Wars sets. It's also off-topic since it's focused on Lego's marketing strategies. Try to bring things back to Star Wars specific stuff.
  16. Reserved
  17. I've had issues with checking out of B&P for the last few weeks. I've refreshed my settings, cleared cookies and cache, tried logging out and filling my cart before logging back in... everything! I've manged to get orders in, but it's been a huge mess and I've lost my cart multiple times before finally getting checked out. I hope Lego fixes that soon.
  18. Big News! More than 7 Holocrons have been found! This marks the countdown to the end of the Holocron hunt. To help players we are going to implement a few things. Starting on Feb 1st, If your faction has sector control you will discover any holocrons in that sector. Starting on Mar 1st; all known holocron locations will be made public knowledge. The Holocron hunt part of Factions will end on July 31st. The Faction with the most Holocrons will win! We have big plans for what happens after July 31st, so don't worry about Factions going anywhere! Also, we've added another way to earn XP and IP. Choose Your Own Adventures are now open for play. Check out the rules here.
  19. Wreckage Special challenge, from now till Feb 3rd you can earn double XP (and double IP if built on an eligible planet). The only criteria is your MOC include a wrecked SW vehicle. This can be a land vehicle or starfighter. Please include the word "Wreckage" in your entry title to ensure you get double XP.
  20. The lights look really good on this build! And you've got some nice wall details.
  21. Very atmospheric! The lighting is cool, but I think it makes things look too harsh. I'd also add a 1x2 tile to finish off the left wall.

[Head to the Local Bar] Player MOC Requirements: Show your character at a local bar/cantina. [Leave this town.
