On the back of the Lego Club magazine sent out today, were pictures of what seems to be two new minifigures for next year, a unicorn-suit girl and a snake charmer. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, here's some pictures:

Well seeing as Microsoft now own Mojang (the creators of Minecraft) will these sets still be sold by LEGO, seeing as another Microsoft-owned brand (Halo) has Mega Bloks sets, isn't this competition to Lego now?

If you check the #smashbros on twitter, and keep an eye on subreddits like /r/3DS and /r/SmashBros I'm sure you could find a code, people are giving loads away.

I managed to get one! :D But it seems that it's exactly the same as the one coming next week, just with infinite plays as opposed to 30.

I doubt they'd make any superhero minifigures, otherwise the sets wouldn't sell. With the simpsons figures there was only one set, the house, so the figures sold better. I think it could work if they did more obscure characters, like squirrel girl or namor, but then kids might not want them as they wouldn't recognise the figures as well as they would with spiderman or iron man...

I'm actually really looking forward to this theme, It's good that TLG are making more female-oriented themes, I just hope they use colours like bright green and reddish-brown, rather than an over-abundance of pinks and blues. This could be a really good 'non-girly' theme that would still appeal to girls if Lego does it right.

Looks great, the use of the Knight's Kingdom parts makes it in the perfect scale, much better than the official version. The only improvement here would be to cover up some of the exposed studs with something, but apart from that it looks great!
