Small hulled ships

So, question:

Has anybody made anything of note with the small hull ships (like the black and grey one pictured here)?

I've been watching this forum for quite a while, and don't remember seeing any, though I'm sure somebody somewhere has. Assuming there are, have people brick built center hull sections?

I'm currently wokring on something but not using the grey and black. Instead I've exchanged the grey section for a white one so that I can use the white midsections. The result looks something like this:

However, there are more ships using the small hull pieces if you scroll through the index.

I've made a few a while back;

The Beauty;

And my brick brick brig; The Zephyr

(because the deck is built out of brick bricks)

I suppose you could find them all in the index but it's still nice to see them sorted on hull size.

Not sure if it's noteworthy but I built a small ship years ago using the grey and black time cruisers hull.

I named her Diablo
