oDDerFisken Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Impressive army! I don't wanna meet it on the battlefield... unless i got an army that matches your's.. which is pretty unlikely! Good work. Quote
Sir Norman Ray Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 By 'eck! That's one impressive army! Though, I have to mention that numbers aren't everything, after all, look at when Wellington was brought in in the wars :-P But, it is great :) Well done! (Got any spare Shako's? :-P ) Quote
SirNadroj Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 The most impressive army I've ever seen! *y* I esecially like the band (with the yellow uniforms! *wub* ) Quote

SirScottLego Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Um... not to self... Do not mess! Looks great! Quote
oo7 Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Hoorah! It looks like much progress has been made on this lovely army, I love the good mix of both official and custom elements. I only have one suggestion; perhaps the army band should be expanded to better suit such a grand battalion. *sweet* Outstanding collection! *y* Quote
ZeekyBoogeyDoog Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Impressive 8-o ! My favorite figs are the mamelukes, they're fantastic looking. Quote
El Bucanero Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Unbelievable how much bluecoats you have Mr Bonaparte! I'll better close an alliance with you. :-D So how much MFs would that be all together? I know I can count them but I think I'm a bit too lazy... X-D Mr Tiber Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted September 8, 2007 Author Eurobricks Emperor Posted September 8, 2007 Are you going to get different heads for all the Infantrymen? No. All my line infantry and light infantry soldiers need to be shaved :-D (Got any spare Shako's? :-P ) I have about 15 spare shako's for future extension to the army. Great army, they have a good soundsystem too :-D Oh yes a Logitec z-5500 surround system. Perfect for simulating cannon fire. Brilliant army i must sayAlso do you know anywhere where i could get Imperials with shakos Cheaply? Ive looked on ebay and bricklink and they are Unbelivibly high prices. Cheap shako's don't exist anymore. Today normal prices are $5 :'-( But I must say you will never take over England Not as long as I have a Breath in my body...And a Bullet in my gun. Oh, but I already control England with my other army X-D Also how did you print of your Yellow Uniform Decals so fine. I just used my cheap HP printer. The decal is available in the torso lib. Hoorah! It looks like much progress has been made on this lovely army, I love the good mix of both official and custom elements. I only have one suggestion; perhaps the army band should be expanded to better suit such a grand battalion. *sweet* You are right. I should expand the band a bit. Add some different instruments maybe. I'll look into that. So how much MFs would that be all together? I know I can count them but I think I'm a bit too lazy... X-D Just admit that you can't count above 10 ;-) The army has a total of 314 soldiers. Quote
Tanotrooper Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 (edited) Very impressive army, bonaparte. I am going to make a complete historical correct army but first I need: -decal paper (I just can seem to find some in Belgium...) -french shakos. (I suppose I could make one, but I have to figure out molding...) Vive la France et son empereur! TT btw bonaparte, check my sig ;) Edited September 8, 2007 by Tanotrooper Quote
zouave Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 When I saw the pic of the entire army I momentarily forgot how to breath. If you ever invade my country then well, Welcome to America Mr. Bonaparte. Quote
Scouty Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 I have a question, what do you do with them? Do they stand on that table? Or do you take them down and do battle with them!(Hehee) It would be interesting to animate ALL of these figures together! Quote
Captain Ka-Boom Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 Love the hats for the hussars i might go make some lol tyres Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted September 9, 2007 Author Eurobricks Emperor Posted September 9, 2007 I have a question, what do you do with them? Do they stand on that table? Or do you take them down and do battle with them!(Hehee)It would be interesting to animate ALL of these figures together! Right now they are still on my little table, but I need that space for building MOCs. So very soon the army will go into a box together with my british army. From now on I will focus more on building MOCs and not so much on expanding my armies. The idea is to use the figs in the future in several pirate MOCs. Quote
Hussar Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Very impressive. The cuirassiers look especially well. My 70 soldiers are obviously no match for yours! :-P Quote

I just borrow my brother's army to make mine "seem" more threatening :-D Very impressive and imposing army B! *y* Do you plan on having a big fortified harbor like fort brighton? Or are you just going to make ships? P Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted September 12, 2007 Author Eurobricks Emperor Posted September 12, 2007 I just borrow my brother's army to make mine "seem" more threatening :-D Very impressive and imposing army B! *y* Do you plan on having a big fortified harbor like fort brighton? Or are you just going to make ships? P I wished I had room for building a big harbor like Z's. But this little table where the army is on is all I have. Once my own house is ready, I'll have place to build bigger MOCs. Quote
Tordenskjold Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 (edited) me like . me want , me WAAANT that army. *crying * :-D a huge army you have. like both the french and the british one. as for my own troops i have about 120 imperial guards and 40 imperal soldiers. and been thinking of making my own regmiments, not just red or blue. but for ex : 4 regiments of 30 men (imperial guards) but im wondering about seveal things about army making, do you have a fixed standard number of the regiment on foot? or have you just divided what you have into regiments? i cant see in the pictues but do your troops all look the same or do you make coloring or modifications on soldiers from diffierent regiments? (im talking of the standard infantry regiments). Again i really like your army. will be a tough enemy to meet for my little one :) greetings Thunder :) Edited September 16, 2007 by Tordenskjold Quote
Fordo Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Most Impressive Bonaparte I too have stop collection for now till I can have more free time on my hands, and prices to calm down. :'-( Your French army has about 30 more Infantry and about 25 Calvary since I only have 12 Mameluk's and 8 Cuirassairs. Very nice can't wait to see your future MOC's. *y* Quote
