metalandi Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 thanks! And here we go: http://cache.lego.com/bigdownloads/buildin...ons/4561124.pdf Quote
TheBrickDaddy Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 Haha, I sincerely doubt they just whipped up these three sets out of nowhere just because they didn't have the elf-molds ready! There's plenty of new pieces and prints in these three sets as well. Well, they might have had the idea for these three new ones, but don't you think it odd that 'Elflands' came up in a Lego magazine in 2008 and we don't get any this year? I'm sure that they waited on the elves, but you are right in saying that the 2009 sets have been in development for a while (Gotta love that golden knight! ) and that they postponed the elves a long time ago. And sorry about the instructions number!!! I didn't catch 'instructions' number... my bad! Quote
SlyOwl Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 Dwarf Battlepack available at Legoland California - They won't have gone in for brickbuilt hammers, as the figs are assembled and packaged by hand for the battlepacks, and it's far simpler to build an axe or a brown carrot. I'll end up getting a troll one and a dwarf one, although to be honest I'd have preferred only 1 winged helmet - they're far too common, especially as they're for the head dwarves... Quote
Dadster Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 SlyOwl - What's that package with the brick separator in it? What else comes with it? How much? Quote
SlyOwl Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 SlyOwl - What's that package with the brick separator in it? What else comes with it? How much? Click the pic (not mine) $7, with the measurer thing. Sounds like a reasonable deal - with 2 brick seperators it'd be a sure buy. Quote

Pounds or dollars? You say $ but it says you are from England. I like the Dwarf battle pack, but I think they are far too expensive. While they may come with some rare parts, 15$s is very high. Quote
Erdbeereis Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 I'm sure he means dollars. Pounds have this sign: Quote

pellevin Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Just noticed something weird in the S@H pic of the Dwarf Battlepack: The beards are the wrong way around! Here for reference are some brickzone pics of what it should look like: Guess that's what happens when you involve humans in the assembly process.. Quote

Lego often makes little mistakes like this on packaging and in this case the actual sets. Quote
UsernameMDM Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Seems that the brown carrot in the dwarf battle pack is actually a torch. I like that much better thant he four prong deal. Quote
nausicaakro Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 argh! No shopping in europe for now Someone know when they will be available? nausi Quote

I like them both ways, but it depends on the usage. Held in hand, the brown torch looks great, but I'd rather see the latter hanging on a wall. Quote

CDC Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Heya guys i was wondering if anyone of you from the states could tell me if these two sets are still available and where ? I'm talking about these polybag sets http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=5372-1 , http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=5373-1 My friend is going to Boston and i would give him some money to buy these sets for me if they are by any chance still available. Thanks Quote
brickzone Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Still showing as not available for Ireland :( Mind you, I'd have to wait till there are more new items on S@H that I would want - probably exclusive as their Irish pricing is insanely uncompetitive now compared to either Irish toy stores or indeed ordering from UK (although even that now isn't worthwhile compared to many prices in the main toy store here). Voodoo Hand Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Here's the link for the battle chariot instructions:http://cache.lego.com/bigdownloads/buildin...ons/4561058.pdf Unfortunately i couldn't find the drawbridge, can someone that has this set please tell me the instructions number of it? Thanks. check the PDF again, it really doesn't load propperly and takes for ever to get visible (even caused almost a crash on this side) Quote
