March 28, 20168 yr No problem, will do - I added it because it was too good to miss. I look forward to seeing it in its full glory - perhaps give it a full topic of its own? I will :) Actually, I have rebuilt the frame and back of the superstructure, so I am one step closer to presenting it, as you said, in its full glory.
April 3, 20168 yr Author 9398 by Flying-k Hot rod hot rod Piper cub plane Piper cub Thanks, have added those to 9398's entry. Also added an entry for 42000 Grand Prix Racer today. EDIT: and 42035 Mining Truck. Progress report: So far documented: 43 C-models from 9 sets; Still to go: [27 known C-models from 13 sets] + [any one-set C-models from TC5] + [the vast collections in the personal indexes of jono.rocky, rumpletump, Tomik & grohl666] + [any more undiscovered] + [any more in progress and to be designed!] Edited April 3, 20168 yr by Josephiah
April 3, 20168 yr The TC5 models are a bit different, as they require two sets to build. They should probably have their own category, but I'll let you decide.
April 19, 20168 yr Someone made a tank out of 42038 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=557037
April 20, 20168 yr Someone made a tank out of 42038 http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=557037 Wow... It looks really good
April 22, 20168 yr Author Someone made a tank out of 42038 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=557037 Good find - I've added it to 42038's entry. I've also added entries for 42036 & 42037. Running total: 49 C-models from 12 sets.
April 23, 20168 yr Author That's the plan, though I haven't quite worked out how I will go about including those where a single designer has a vast and well-structured index of their own already!
April 23, 20168 yr I found this for 42029: - http://rebrickable.com/mocs/Longeye/dancing-bear-42029-alt - http://yoshinydesign.blogspot.com/2015/01/lego-technic-42029-c-model-jeep-i-use.html - http://www.busterhaus.com/2014/09/lego-42029-c-model.html

May 24, 20168 yr Does my Bootleg Belle qualify? Made only of 42000, roughly 92,5% of the set's parts (wild guess). EDIT: Since then the model was slightly updated, but is still roughly the same and no parts outside of 42000 were added. Edited May 24, 20168 yr by Immo
May 24, 20168 yr Author Thanks for the suggestions, WvG_853. Does my Bootleg Belle qualify? Made only of 42000... Yes, of course. Apologies for the slow/lack of progress, in the middle of my busiest month at work, pretty much ever...
May 24, 20168 yr This awesome orange Ripsaw from 42038:http://rebrickable.com/mocs/BricksLEGOHovel/lego-42048-c-model-ripsaw

May 29, 20168 yr I just happened to stumble on the LXF file for the yys530 - Tank. The page is here (the page is in Chinese). The download link for the lxf is here. Thanks
May 29, 20168 yr I don't think the following C-models of sets 8048, 8067 and 9394 by Tomik have been suggested already: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=123751entry2570546 I don't have sets 8048 and 9394, but these C-models alone are worth buying them in my opinion. Actually, have you checked out Tomik's website: http://buildinst.sweb.cz/instructionsen.html He has C-models for many Lego Technic models: 8041 8048 8052 8053 8067 8068 8294 9391 9393 9394 42001 42006 42010 42020 42024 42035 42041 Some of his C-models of the Creator series are hilarious! Check them out ...
May 29, 20168 yr Author Thanks for the suggestions everyone - some I already have noted down, others that are new to me. I don't think the following C-models of sets 8048, 8067 and 9394 by Tomik have been suggested already... Yes, thanks, his great index has been suggested (along with one or two other people's) - for those prolific builders who already have well-structured indexes of their own, I'll probably find a way of including a link to the whole index rather than to every individual model.
May 29, 20168 yr Draggy could be a small addition to 2016's sets C-Model collection? 42046 alt build, at your disposal.
June 7, 20168 yr Author Just noting down Wiseman_2's snow groomer so I don't lose it later: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=134333 Some seem to have got the impression that you have to apply to get your models included. To be clear, this is not a hall of fame - the intention is to include every C-model, without making any kind of judgement on design quality (builders will naturally choose their favourites to try out with no help from me!). The reason for many models not being included YET is simply my slow progress at updating
July 3, 20168 yr Author Just noting a few more recent c-model topics for next time I get round to an update: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=136858 - 42039 Baja 1000 buggy http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=136859 - 42043 transport airplane http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=133573 - 42048 formula 1 (x2) http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=136440 - 42030 Texas DeRanger
