SkaForHire Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 I don't have the final report, but Alfa did take lesser vessels, so there are some prizes in that squadron as well. Quote
Capt Wolf Posted June 21, 2016 Posted June 21, 2016 Looking at Ska's flickr stream, I think the purge squadrons captured 16 or 17 ships and lost only 5, so overall it looks successful. Quote

Capn Frank Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Looks good to me LS. The Turgut did very well considering it was the smallest vessel in the flotilla and the last one standing. Those New Oleanders from the south really know how to fight. Quote

Bregir Posted June 25, 2016 Author Posted June 25, 2016 Dear all, We have long been kept in the shade as to the fate of our patrols, and until final reports are in, we will take little action. However, by my reckoning, LS's report is as accurate as can be for now, which means I will congratulate you all on the result. It looks like it will turn a pretty profit, and like we have purged the sea of at least considerable privateering activity. I should like to know whether those who lost private vessels would prefer to be compensated in captures (eg. a 3A for a lost 3A. Only possible if suitable prize is available.), or in the 50 % cash scheme? That would be Dukesc, Elostirion, and Capt. Wolf. Best regards George Robertson, Undersecretary of Trade Quote
Elostirion Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 Dear Mr. Robertson, thanks for your condolescence in the loss of my ship and for consulting me in all matters of compensation. Being the adventurer that I am I will gladly take your offer for a naval replacement of my ship. Cargo Hold always sounded more like a trader for me anyways. My kindest regards Román Esteban Fontonajo Mayor of Nova Terreli, Nellisa Quote
Capt Wolf Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 Dear Mr. Robertson, My apologies that Ypsilon Squadron did not perform better. Capt. Merker's service will be re-evaluated when he returns. Cash compensation at 50% value for the loss of the 2A Lady's Revenge is acceptable to me. Thank you for your efforts to rid the Brick Seas of the pirate scourge. With best regards, Willem Guilder Governor of An Holli Quote
Dukesc Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 (edited) Mr. Robertson, I appreciate your gracious offer of compensation for the loss of The Expedition. I would prefer a replacement license if that is a possibility. Thank You, Sir Admiral Duke Edited June 26, 2016 by Dukesc Quote
Bregir Posted June 28, 2016 Author Posted June 28, 2016 Noted. I will have it effectuated before the end of the month. Consider it done. The Justitia will sail out again this month, if a suitable squadron can be collected. Anyone else? :) Quote
Elostirion Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 Why not? This is, if Román gets his replacement warship in time. Quote
Capt Wolf Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I am currently out of warships, so I'll have to sit out this time. Quote
Bregir Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 Dear captains and investors, As the secretary of trade has had a breakdown of his carriage, I have not been able to have him sign the relevant documents. However, I have it on reliable sources that he will be back later this day, which means you should stay tuned, as auctions will be set up for the prizes. Pardon the delay George Robertson, Undersecretary of Trade Quote

Bregir Posted July 1, 2016 Author Posted July 1, 2016 Dear all, After a beer-induced delay, the auction for the prizes are now open. Let the bidding begin. Prize Auction, The Brick Seas Purge Sincerely G. Robertson Undersecretary Quote
Captain Genaro Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Still drunk off our previous success, I'm happy to contribute Le Protecteur (3A) to once again protect the Brick Seas from pirates and privateers alike. Come along lads, surely there are some old salts brave enough to sign up for another round! Quote
Bregir Posted July 7, 2016 Author Posted July 7, 2016 As mr. Aidan Coyle has pledged the powerful Armina to our cause, we can now form Alpha Squadron of the Armina (5HA), the Justicia (4A) and the Protecteur (3A). I suggest Captain Genaro is pronounced commodore and tasked with coordinating mission and tactics between the captains. Quote
Puvel Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 I can offer the services of the Clearance (4A). Haven't posted it yet, but it will be posted tomorrow. Just letting you know already so it can be assigned to a flotilla and a zone Quote
gedren_y Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 The Dark Narwhal is ready to go another round. Quote
SilentWolf Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I know I am last minute but the Don Obello could sail in the pirate hunt, but I am not sure if I am too late to get an assignment. Quote
Bregir Posted July 11, 2016 Author Posted July 11, 2016 I think if clearance, dark narwhal and don obello can agree to sail together, and set up the orders ASAP, it should be possible to get it in this MRCA. One of you, set up a pm-thread asap and suggest a size of an enemy and a place to patrol. Quote
gedren_y Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Are we still using the March trade map for the zones? Quote
Capt Wolf Posted July 18, 2016 Posted July 18, 2016 Did we ever get the payouts after the auctions from the first purge effort? Quote
