A very detailed entry! One of my favorites :pir-wink: The cannon on the chains is a nice touch including the roof.

I also once again used my favorite roof technique. :pir-grin:

I can see why its your favorite!

Amazing work!

This looks like it could be an official lego set!

Looking good exotrator.

The roof technic is great and looks really well on your building.

In a small room everything you need to make a cannon, what more do you want?

Keep it up.

Nicely done. Really like the color of the roof.

Looks very good, exotrator.

It a very nice detailed entry, I really like your roof technique.

And that lantern is nice as well.

the Inventor

Great entry. As already said, the roof in combination with the color of the rest of the building in really nice. I also like the detailed interior you made and the little canon design.

Awesome!

While I had seen this roof technique before, that orange (with the occasional brown) really gave it a realistic terracotta roof tile look.

I have to say this is one of my favorite entries as well! Great work! :pir-classic:

That looks great Exotrator! That roof technique is awesome.

The whole building is nicely done, a nice interior and exterior.

Very good job!

Excellent 'exotrator' excellent ! :pir-classic:

Roof is fantastic and a great little factory knocking out cannons !

Great build and I'm a conformist! 'exotrator' I'm a conformist! ! :pir-classic:

I think it would look nice on the frontpage of Classic-Pirates.com

Soon! :pir-classic:

Truly a beauty of a MOC, Mate! I love all the detail you packed in, and the roofs are beautiful, truly a wonderful technique. Nicely done, and keep bricking

It's so small, it would take years if the navy orders all the guns for a ship of the line :pir_laugh2: But ofcourse you're just following the rules.

And you did a great job on that! The roof is very nice (I like the colour!) and so is the hanging cannon.

For the rest it has some fine details and other small objects.

Good entry

:cannon:

This looks like it could be an official lego set!

It looks way too good for that. :pir_laugh2:

Really nice work Exotrator, I love that roof design.

Great, Godless, Amazing job mate, it looks so nice, i love the roof and the house is noce too, The cannon on the cains is cclever and that 12 pounder gun, i wonder how id you make it :pir-cry_happy:

i dont know why but this reminds me somehow at Mexico

Anyhow, Super good job man, keep it up

Captain becker

Good Luck :pir-classic:

Very nice!! :pir-blush: I like everything exept for 2 things. The guy who is buying the cannon`s hat is a bit wierd and why is there a barrel on the roof? This is just constructive criticsm. I really do like it! :pir-laugh:

I think the guy's hat looks alright, though he doesn't exactly seem like a captain :pir-hmpf_bad:

The barrel on the roof is supposed to be a chimney

:pir_yoda:

I can't say much that hasn't already been said, but this is a great moc. This one is my favorite for the community build! Good job!!!

Thankyou for your kind words everyone! I'm flattered to have it blogged. :pir-blush:

Ratshot,

Well, I think it would probably look better on a larger building, and covering more area. I can understand if you run out of cylinders, it takes quite a few. I'd also try to use less supports (the 1x6 plates in your pic), because they tend to break up the flow and overall look of the roof.

To clear things up a bit, the man in the red with the parcel was intended as the merchant buyer, and the other as the foundry owner. But it doesn't really matter. :pir-classic:

And, as the_green_avenger kindly pointed out, the grey barrel was supposed to the chimney stack, coming up from the oven.

Also, if anyone is wondering about the cannon design, I posted it here. Here's an exploded shot to give you an idea of how it's built. :cannon:

I like it: it has good interiors and it looks tender even if it's a weapon factory :pir-sweet:

Good work!

:pir_yoda:

I agree, :pir-laugh: but it really dosen`t look like a chimney :pir-hmpf_bad:

Edit--- the only reason i say this is because the gray of the barrel seems to stick out and not look like a chimney.

Thanks for the tips exotrator

I agree, :pir-laugh: but it really dosen`t look like a chimney :pir-hmpf_bad:

I think it certainly does like a chimney! :pir_laugh2:

Though, it would be more 'chimney-like' if there was a little bit of smoke in some way.

Still a nice way to create a chimney in my opinion, it goes well with the rest.

True, it does look a little bare.
