I'm thinking about closing this topic in the near future. It had it's purpose back in the day when LDD was just taking off and we wanted to create a place to find LDD models to get inspiration from. Nowadays so many LDD MOCs are done and posted out in the other forums so it doesn't feel needed anymore.

And besides, the index itself hasn't been updated for years.

You are the boss, Superkalle, but the other forums are not indexing LDD builds (specifically: trains, town, historic, adventure, plus space to name a few!) at all. This is kinda like the only place you can register LDD builds on Eurobricks. It may not be updated, but it serves as purpose: It tells me which models I have posted, and how long ago so that if i need to make a new post or update an old one. it may not be used by many, but some people do use it to find LDD builds, whereas the "correct" forums don't really give notice or really accept LDD builds as a medium.

Please keep it open, or maybe talk with the other forum leaders about this?

I think that this is the point.

My opinion is that this topic, in the present moment, have not much sense.

As MOC have to be posted in the related theme sections, an index topic in the digital section can be useful only if:

- the index is up to date.

- it contains not the MOCs, but reports that users can write here to help the Indexer to gather digital buildings all around the forum.

In short, I think that an index topic for MOCs is still useful, but we need a willing user that will maintain the index.
