Congrats to Torgar, and its good to see the Mitgardian roll-call coming out to show their support. I also agree that it would be a shame if Ecc can't enter, although I am not in your guild, I really was looking forward to his contribution.

Ecc. is back! No broken legs, just sore knees.

Sir Edwyn, most welcome. Seeing your builds, you're on the right spot in Mitgardia!

Torgar, congrats! :classic:

About the challenge, not sure about making the deadline. Too busy at work but I will be entering!

congrats Torgar!

I'm going to the PaB wall in Wiesbaden tomorrow, I'm curious as to what they have, hopefully brown tiles and 1*2s ...

Guys, in the Walls of Valholl project, is gate 37 and tower 49 one connected monstrosity? If not then I would like to call dibs on doing the gate, and a couple of the surrounding Wall sections (35, 36 etc.). If they are connected then I lack the bricks and will have to do some other part, maybe one of the towers. I guess my basic question is: how flexible is the actual miniature by Ecclesiastes / how far can I tweak it to fit my bricks?

Mitgardia must be happy to have you. You're a great builder and you are going straight to business.

Sir Edwyn, good thing you're building for the wall project. Actually gate 37 is one gate with a (seperate tower) infront of it. Eventually its your descission though. As for the wall segments, just go ahead, I'm looking forward to your builds!!

Sounds good! Now if only those pesky BL orders will arrive...

I don't have any on the way now, but, tell me about it, they always take a long time when you really need them  .

Anyhow, here's my entry for the Trade/Economy Titans title challenge.

I hope you meant it finished tonight, Ecc. :look:

Not too stellar but I was in a bit of a hurry. Oh well, the topic is here.

Mitgardians! Be aware of so called Night Seekers. These blood seeking knights of Revolword leave no men or women alive! Not to speak of children...

 I thought you just finished a build. When are you ever going to stop?

Can you just slow down a little and let others check up?:laugh:

:oh:

Those guys are sweet

Did you paint the bardings yourself or buy custom ones?

Posted

Please tell me you didn't Brasso four Kingdoms Joust barding. If you did, why? That printing would have worked.

If they were from the Emporer's Stronghold, I understand, but those are about three times as expensive. I can see doing that only if the original printing worn or scratched.

There are only four vendors on Bricklink that sell blank black barding. So which way did you go?

Never

Customs; no way and no painting. And absolutely no brasso, poor bardings  These are official unpainted black bardings. I had the change to buy 20 of them at Legoworld for €18!

Wow! That sounds like a great deal to me, I didn't even know official black bardings existed.

Historicans! Help is on the way from the so called Day Seekers! These good seeking knights of the Crown of Goodness mission is to make Revolword's life a living hell. Not to speak about his soldiers...

Take that, you Night Seekers!

I'd say GH stands for Guilds of Historica too, except that you you left out the o. Hmm...

Wait up. Let's think first; you've done two, now you need an interior... Yes! I got it!

Guild Hall, and -

well, we'll skip the SA for now.

K stands for Kitchen, of course,

H for Hall - unless that's an I? (If that's the case you got Issac Snyder running down there)

A... apartment? you know, as in room, though why it's not an R is beyond me.

And that would make SA south apartment...

Well, I probably went wrong somewhere along the line, but I'm very pleased I got the K and GH right :pir-sweet: (unless of course I didn't...)
