Players only please.

To be continued...

day305.jpg

Day Two has begun and will last 72 hours. You must wait 24 hours before voting.

--------------------------------------------

Objectives

To win the game, the Criminals must kill off all the Undercover Agents, while the Undercover Agents need to outnumber the Criminals.

--------------------------------------------

Rules

1. Each player has been given a character to play who is aligned with either the Criminals or the Undercover Agents. Third-Party (neutral) characters have their own win conditions as outlined in their roles.

2. Each day you will be able to vote to lynch a player. Voting should be done in the following format; Vote: Character (Player). Similarly, unvoting is to be done in the format; Unvote: Character (Player). No other format will be accepted and proxy voting is not allowed, except in the case of a pre-notified absence. A majority vote is required to lynch a player. In the case of a tie, one of the tied individuals will be lynched at random. Voting is mandatory.

3. A game Day will last a maximum of 72 hours. You may not vote in the first 24 hours. The Day will end when all players have voted and a majority vote has been reached. After the Day has concluded, a Night stage will commence, which will last 24 hours. Night actions must be sent to the host in the 18 hours of the night stage.

4. The alignment of lynched players, as well as those that died during the night will, in most cases, be revealed at the beginning of the next day.

5. You may not quote or pretend to quote anything sent to you by the game host via PM. This includes all the details of your character and role, as well as any night action results. Role claims and reporting of Night action results are acceptable, but in your own words only. Do not attempt to use the structure of your role PM to your advantage.

6. Do not play the game outside the Day threads. Similarly, do not post out of character inside the Day threads. Game tactics and roles may only be discussed in the game threads or via PM with other players. Private discussion is done at your own risk and should be treated as part of the game.

7. If you are dead, you may not post in Day threads or discuss the game with any of the players. Any information you had becomes void, and may not be passed on.

8. You may not edit your posts.

9. If you encounter a problem or have a question, please contact the host via the role PM.

10. Every player will get an Action and a Skill at their disposal. These can only be used during the Night. These are all active; none are passive.

11. Each Night, the players must use one of their Actions OR Skills by sending the host a PM about it, stating which you want to use and also your target where applicable.

12. The Night abilities have a pre-specified order of effect. If you don’t send your night ability by the time limit I’ve started the next Day, you will miss your chance to use it.

13. By using existing characters, it is expected that players will live up to their roles and follow their characters closely. Also, any referring to players by their username rather than their character’s name will not be tolerated.

14. Violation of the above rules will result in a 5 vote penalty against you on your first offence, and the death of your character on your second offence.

Damn it! How could Bane have been town!? And a more important question: was he really the doctor? If he was, then why was there no scum kill last night? Could they have targeted Nygma on Night 1 and then converted tonight?

I'm very sorry to the late Bane and to the rest of the town for pushing for his conviction so hard. It appears my scumdar isn't getting any better. :sceptic:

While it's great that Ra's has returned to the world of the living, his re-animation definitely reminds me of the Vampire role. Care to explain why exactly you were brought back to life, Ra's?

I agree.

Though I think it's clear that both of Yesterday's suspects were rather suspicious, and I think the chances of them both being Town are slim. If nothing else comes forward Today, I know where my vote's going.

So we lost a townie and now Ra's is back.:thumbup: ??

Not sure if getting back Ra's is a good thing though, we still do not not know what his allegiance is. :sceptic:

I am also quite puzzled at the absence of any scum kill this last night, and on night 1 if Ra's was killed by scum or killed himself with some sort of "power/action" :hmpf_bad:

Quite simply, I am confused as hell.

I agree. Wesker's not going to be able to lie his way out of this one.

Quite simply, I am confused as hell.

As are we all. :sceptic:

pretty_flower-342.jpg Wow what a night. I'm glad I didn't vote for Bane, my conscience is clear. Or as clear as a criminals conscience can be...

I'm not sure if we should be happy wit Ra's return. It reminds me of a story about a woman in a town filled with apple sauce sluts. The town was terrorized by a werewolf. The town managed to kill the werewolf, but alas the woman was murdered. The next day she returned from the dead. Although she was't part of the dead anymore, she neither was part of the living for she had returned as a vampire.

If Ra's can explain the situation in a way that makes us not wanting to kill him, I suggest voting for the Ventriloquist. Who was on the suspect list as well.

So Bane was town, which most propably means he was the protector. I mean, if you're a criminal who's about to be lynched, you certainly wouldn't claim protector wrongfully. It would harm us far more than his death. And there was once again no scum kill yesterday, which I think means the agents can't kill but are recruiting innoncent criminals to their cause. So, how likely is it that we have two protectors from the start but the agents can convert? Very unlikely, if you ask me. So I don't believe in Wesker being the protector.

And I agree Ra's is indeed likely to have the vampire role, if you ask me. But Wesker seems like the better case anyway.

Bane was town??? Oh dear my dear Clown we have made a big mistake!!! :cry_sad:

However nobody died tonight wich is satisfying, unless there was a conversion... :sceptic: I'll think about Ra, as others mentioned this phenomenon is simialiar to a book about werewolves that I once read... :hmpf_bad:

Checking the Mafiascum wiki the holy scriptures of this world, I have to say I agree with Egghead. I still want to keep an eye on Gepetto over there, but the simple fact that Ra's is alive with no clear alignment has me worried.

Well, it looks like Bane was as clumsy as he claimed to be. He should have been more careful. Now he has paid the price for his incompetence. :sadnew:

At least my suspicion about Ra's turned out to be true, although it is too soon to tell if this is indeed a good thing or not.

Yes, this also reminds me of a similar story I read about murders at a wizarding school where someone got killed, but returned as a neutral ghost. However, Ra's is neither a ghost/vampire nor neutral. He simply seems to have come back to life as he so often does.

And I, too, would like to hear a reasonable explanation from Mr. Ghul. Until then, my vote would go to Mr. Wesker and his doll as well. It's good to start the day with a suspect in mind already.

I can't believe that Bane was a criminal! Well I can believe that, but I can't believe he was not an undercover agent. I think most people will be pointing fingers at wesker today, but I wouldn't seal his fate so soon, he still has not had a chance to speak. :sceptic:

We haven't done anything to seal his fate. We're just saying that, as of now, if nothing else comes up, and nothing more substantial is presented concerning Ra's, he's the best choice to lynch.

Hello everyone, I apologize for my absence the other day.... now, down to business.

Bane was indeed a criminal... hmmm... I suggest we start with those that hopped on that bandwagon early. There was definitely a group of people who went against the grain yesterday, and while we can't completely trust them I think without substantial evidence they're in the clear for today.

I for one, stayed in my room all night, so I have nothing to add to that front. I'm starting to think that we were on the right track yesterday with the Ventriloquist, if perhaps there is any information about him today...?

Fair enough, I would still feel a lot more comfortable if he was able to address the points we made against him yesterday.

Arhh! Bane was town? He seemed such a sure conviction. :sceptic:

But good news! No scum kill! :sweet:

But we wary, a scum convertion or poisoning could have happened. Theres no dispute that Wesker is today's lynch. But we should think of evidence for tommorow as well.

I wouldn't say that. From the paper I read and logical thinking I'd conclude that people who are in the situation of the agents among us might try to oppose a conviction of a criminal without actually hindering it, just so they'll look like innoncent criminals. Of course I wouldn't kill any of them "without substantial evidence", as you say, but we should not trust them either. After all, the only ones to know about the alignemnt of the victim were the agents.

That's the problem with everything which is typically criminal, you have to deliberate if the scum can imitate it without harming their own cause. And in this case, they can. :sceptic:

Are you serious? :sceptic:

How do you not know that something else more convincing will come up?

I personally believe that there is a very high chance that Wesker is Scum, but I don't think you can say that there's "no dispute".

I agree, especially with the amount of action we have to assume and the fact we got some very trustworthy townies, it's not unlikely that evidence comes up. No reason to be fixated on killing him.

Bane sure did a lousy job of convincing us he was a criminal :/

I agree with what's been said already, with Ra's back alive and kicking I'd like him to explain what happened, and if it had anything to do with those Lazarus pits he's so fond of. Wesker and his puppet are also highly suspicious. It will be interesting to see if anyone spotted anything last night.

How do you know Ra's isn't neutral? There's no reason why he couldn't be.

Frankly, I don't think we can learn much from the Bane lynch. He really was digging his own grave by admitting that he overlooked/forgot about Joker's revelation about Doll, and there's no reason why townies wouldn't have voted for him as soon as they got the chance.

Theres no dispute that Wesker is today's lynch. But we should think of evidence for tommorow as well.

While I am highly suspicious of Wesker and Pinocchio, it's early days yet, and nothing is guaranteed. Stop being such a sheep! :hmpf:

Fair enough, although I think it would have been announced if he returned as a neutral party. That is, if he wasn't neutral before. Again, let's see what the old fossil has to say for himself.

I highly doubt The Joker would've told us anything concerning his allegiance no matter what he returned as.
