Congratulations Kai!

I think that any build which is reposted in GoH and fits the GoH context could be eligible for UoP credits, so I don't have a problem with a pirate MOC unless of course if its not fitting in the GoH setting.

Thanks guys!

So, now that you're a Doctor, do you think the program has helped? I mean, has it encouraged you to raise the level of your building, or at least to build using techniques and subjects that were outside your comfort zone?

Hmm... I guess it's kind of hard to tell. I think I have built some things I otherwise wouldn't have, but not a whole lot. I also think I have improved since I started, but how much of that is due to the program and how much to other sources is also tough to calculate. On the whole... yes, I think it has helped, but maybe not quite as much as might have been initially expected.

Now we just have to get a cool badge designed to give you when you complete the entire program. I'll see if I can design something, perhaps based on the symbol of the program from the first post.

Behemoth, carefully read the first post in this thread. After that , if you have specific questions, post them here.

I've read it now and I have a better understanding of it. But yes, I do have two questions that I didn't find that answered my questions.

What are the credits claimed for supposed to represent/do?

Are 3rd party parts (like BrickWarriors', BrickForge, ect.) allowed?

I'm not sure I understand your first question. The idea of the program is that you improve your building skills, so that's what the credits are supposed to 'do'. And then, the entire program is based loosely off the idea of a collage or university having different subjects. On the other hand, the claimed credits represent the fact that you think the build to which they apply meets the criteria as stated by the credit's name. Did one of those answer the question?

For your second question, they have been used previously I believe. So yes.

Thanks, and yes your answer did solve my question for the first one. :classic:
