Posted April 14, 201410 yr A pirate captain that lost his right leg and both of his eyes when his first mate betrayed him. That didn't stop him and he still continued to sail in circles for years Credit for the hat and peg leg goes to Elzy
April 14, 201410 yr The toro under the cape looks a bit like Thor! It never ceases to amaze me what people can make with right parts. I especially like how you did the beard and pants, very clever.
April 14, 201410 yr Must say, the part that impresses me the most is the coat. It really adds to the character. Of course, the head is awesomely creative (and so is the whole MOC), but I just do love that coat. Edited April 14, 201410 yr by Leewan
April 14, 201410 yr Excellent creation! Probably the best Bionicle MOC I've seen. Especially since I'm not a huge Bionicle fan, but I am a huge pirate fan. There is actually a discussion about this in the Pirates forum here. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
April 15, 201410 yr A lot of excellent design techniques you've used here. Making a human-esque figure into a constraction figure whilst keeping the human feeling is really quite astounding. Personally I'm quite a fan of the beard, It's the one component that I would never have thought to use that way. Is the coat made from ship sails? Excellent creation! I think it technically should have began here in the first place- Constraction figures for other lines such as Superheroes and Chima belong here as opposed to their respective system threads, normally the same case applies to MOCs as well, though we don't really have much clarity on that
